Absolutely superb location. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and shops, tram stop, playgrounds, and of course the beach. Free underground parking. Pool and spa were great.

The WiFi was a bit unreliable.

Location was great, so really wished there was more than just a one bedroom option to stay at! TV's were too small!!

We had a lovely room/view on the fourth floor more or less as shown on the brochure. BUT be careful when booking because they are building a new 30 high block of apartments next to it and don't know what views this will block, it was in its early stages and there was some early morning noise which I would think will only get worse.

The location is unbeatable, across the road from the beach, shops, restaurants and Pacific Fair is a 10 minute walk. Parking is free and easy. The staff are very friendly, we got early check in and late check out. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s a dishwasher as well as washing machine and dryer.

The only negative is that I was under the impression that it is a full size tennis court, but it would still be good for young kids to have a hit. Also, the fridge was switched off before we arrived and it took a while for us to realise and get it cold again.

Great little unit

The lounge and chairs were not comfortable. I suggest replacing them with something more comfy to sit in.

We stayed on the top floor and had a spectacular uninterrupted view of the beach. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to the shops, and restaurants. Broadbeach is a great location. We were within walking distance of Pacific Fair and it was easy to navigate to and from our destinations. The room had everything we needed - full kitchen, laundry, separate bedroom, balcony. Decor is slightly dated, but this didn't bother us as the view of the beach was the main feature for us. Clean, tidy and value for money.

Carparking was first in first served. One night the only space left was too tight to get the rental into, so we parked on the road. This wasn't a problem, just remember to move vehicle before the time restrictions apply.

Location was just perfect. Literally 2 mins walking distance to the beach, access to shops and restaurants on the doorstep and tram just a 5 minute walk. Everything you needed in your room, even a washing machine and tumble dryer!! Staff were VERY friendly, helpful and made our trip. We would without a doubt recommend staying here. There are some building works next door which we were told about, in fact we overlooked them (13B). Didn’t affect our stay as we are early risers and out all day.

The Voyager is a little dated, furnishing etc. but certainly didn’t affect our stay.

Sea view, cleanliness, a variety of facilities for the children and family, warm spa, location, has wifi, free under cover parking, good value.

Floor was sticky when we first arrived and I had to clean it myself. TV size was small and reception was not always good, kitchen didn't have basic equipment - like egg flipper, teflon frying pan, sharp knives, baking tray, need a mop or similar to clean/ dry the floor, need one more floor mat, a shoe rack at the entrance of the room will be helpful

It is very close to beach as well as groceries and restaurants. There a couple of construction on going near the property but it didn’t bother us that much. Interior a bit outdated but we don’t mind. The 1BR we stayed at was also cozy, complete with appliances such as laundry, fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher.

I am a bit sensitive with dirt and the carpet didn’t help. Therefore, I think the room needs a bit more cleaning. We also found kettle in every room hotel useful but we didn’t found one here.

The apartment was in a great location, right across from the beach and 50 yards from the supermarket and bars. The views were stunning. The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay, very nice pool and spa to relax in, would definitely stay here again.

There are building works going on next door and looks like it’s going to be there awhile. The hotel did inform us of this and the noise is out of their control. We were just awake earlier than we wanted but it did not spoil our stay. We will be back, thanks
