The view drom 7th floor was beautiful. The staff were most helpful and very personable. Especially Natalie and Rockia. The kitchen was roomy in the Family Unit.The walks in the area are superior.

Probably the maintenance is not the best. The Cleaners should check lights and other things to ensure all were working between visitors. The shelf in the ensuite was missing, 2 lights not working and the light in the exhaust fan not working.In the single room the fan switch was missing and the windows were not working properly. All fixed in a timely manner when we were there though. We could have done with more coffee cups and bed pillows also.

Amazing room for the price. Spacious, tv left on a music channel with volume down was a great welcome touch. Fantastic view of the ocean, and a huge bed. Just amazing!

Apartment Door didn't lock unless slammed hard, potentially annoying fellow guests. Accomodation Is advertised as beachfront, but there are houses between it and the beach. Didn't bother me, but might mislead others. Short walk to beach was fine.

Bed was super comfy. The room was very large.

The bathroom had the markings of an older bathroom.

Spacious room, great panoramic beachside views, easy parking, nice kitchenette

For our 4 night stay we were booked on the 2nd Floor and very unhappy with our room as in overall dirty carpet, no windows except at very top high ceiling level, torn lampshades, soiled doona, etc. NOTE▶️ We had to pay extra in order to move up to the 7th Floor for the next 3 nights to find a vast improvement in accommodation. We thought we were at another hotel!

Friendly arrival staff member to make our stay a comfortable stay , also Friendly cleaning staff.. clean Elavator and access to rooms, love the location close to town centre and shops also close to beach ..

Room Clean, Bathroom smelt a little bit funky! But clean.. The outside Windows desperately needs some sope and Water Big job to do extra staff needed to do that job .. but overall the room was exceptable..

What a gem of a fine lovely apartment a bit out of town but the apartment was so comfortable and the the staff went out of the way to look after us

It’s just a lovely very affordable apartment. Good size and has a laundry which was a bonus. Our washing machine didn’t work in our room and they let us use a washing machine in another room so that was awesome It does have views over the water.

Well in our room the TV did not work and the lady at the front desk was so helpful and nice, she ended up moving us to the 1 bedroom apartment which was really lovely! The AC was cold, the view awesome, bed comfy! What a great spot!

Originally we had booked a King Studio with a view - the room was fine but the view only able to be seen if you stood up and peered out the windows, so I would not recommend that room. The shower in the 1BR was very noisy, I don’t know why.

Our apartment was spacious and well furnished and kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans/ utensils: we loved the sea views from our 7th floor windows and patio and the location was nice and quiet and no problem getting around as we had a car, I imagine it would not be the best location if you were travelling with no vehicle as the hotel is fairly far from the city and any major convenience stores,the bed was comfortable and clean.the staff were friendly and helpful.would certainly book again if needed accommodation in Mackay.

The unit wasn't quite cleaned to a standard that you would expect from a 4 star hotel.the window screens and other surfaces need a good clean from dust build up, other than that the apartment was satisfactorily clean.

Quiet location and close enough to the centre of town. After-hours check-in was easy. The room and bathroom size were great, and comfortable for two people!

Unfortunately, soon after checking in (around 1030p) the lift got stuck on L2 and I had to take the fire stairs from ground to my room on L6. I tried calling the after-hours mobile but it was disconnected and attempted on all numbers available which diverted me to the disconnected mobile. The lift wasn't rectified until after 8am the next morning.

The building was quite new and well appointed. The rooms were large and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower had copious hot water. There was a lovely walk through local parklands nearby.

It was out of the city centre - ok by car but a long walk otherwise. There was an issue on the day we arrived and we didn’t get the room that I’d booked.
