Very spacious and well-appointed rooms with ample space for each member of the group. Well-appointed kitchen with fridge and microwave and separate dining table made the room very comfortable and particularly well-appointed. Room appeared recently refurbished with a large bathroom, storage, and ironing facilities in room.

Very little to not like about the room. My bed was on the soft side and was certainly much softer than I am used to, however, it was quite comfortable.

I liked the very friendly and helpful staff, particularly Sharyn (?). I liked the convenience of having breakfast at the facility and dinner in the same complex. I liked having my car under cover and parking outside my room.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Something of which to be aware is that the rooms are not new BUT I found my room very clean and comfortable and was not bothered by the lack of newness.

staff were very friendly, happy, smiled and willing to help in any way. Room, grounds are tidied and presented clean and tidy. The actions/can do attitude, down to earth and professionalism I rank highly and found excellent.

Honestly, I am pulling really deep here but if I have to find a negative here, the only negative from personal viewpoint would be the drop gate remained continuously up on the motel side (upgrade-suite side). This made it accessible to anyone to drive through like a throughfare. A number of times I seen a few vehicles cut through the reception motel side as another access to the drivethru bottle o or rear hotel parking.

Room was good, beds comfy, staff was lovely, walk across the carpark have dinner in hotel, very nice or there is a Cafe near pokie room and they sell great muffins, they also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer, walking distance to shops

Our room was behind the drive through bottle shop, but if you book there ask for rooms on other side, would stay here again

the bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean.

the pillows are atrocious. typical hard, old horrible hotel pillows. they need replacing. we were in a room closest to the pub side of the accommodation. of course you know it is going to be loud but will make sure I ask for the other side next time. very loud till very late. also almost cracked my head open on the ridiculous shelf that runs along the top of the beds.

The staff at the Carriers are the first strength. Every single one of them is friendly, professional, compassionate and helpful. Then the facilities, wow! The room was clean and spacious, very comfy. The tv worked so well and was easy to use. The spa was huge and relaxing. The food was so delicious, room service available and again, staff were fantastic. I can’t recommend the Carriers enough!

Great breakfast, friendly staff, close to shopping etc. They think of everything to make your stay comfortable and think of the little things eg. fresh milk, tea and coffee making even nice biscuits. Only thing was the bed was hard. Great place to stay, we have stayed here before and will stay here again. Thanks, to all staff.

Outstanding value for money with friendly staff, beautiful food and a bed so comfortable I was sound asleep in minutes after a gloriously hot shower! Fresh milk for our coffee (not that horrible long shelf stuff) and I plan to go back and stay a lot longer. Highly recommended!

easy to find when travelling. the staff were friendly. loved the attached tavern for dinner.

the noise from the contractors in all hours of the night. our neighbour arrived at 11pm then proceeded to talk loudly on the phone for a couple of hrs. then had the tv blaring in the early hours of the morning. very disrespectful for those trying to sleep.

Breakfast was very nice, could place the order prior and determine the time required. The night meal was just a short walk over to the hotel. We had Senior meals which were great value. Receptionist at the motel was very helpful and a pleasant person. She informed us of some good sights to see in Maryborough.
