Very tasterful and ordered environment (gardens, decor, tidiness) inside and out side room. Very clean, spacious. Bed good. Wifi very fast. Outlook, actually beautiful, towards pool area at the back, at night an day. Simple package but well presented.

Shower a bit of a squeeze. Property is on main road, and aces was very easy through garden, to front and back, so was worried about locking windows and door all the time.

Much enjoyable stay here at the Pialba Motor Inn. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, a smart TV which offered Netflix and YouTube among others. The pool was also great. Another thing which I loved was being able to park right outside our door.

All amenities were very clean & comfortable. The staff contact we had was friendly & helpful. It was only a short stay, so we didn't use the pool or laundry facilities.

The pillows were quite hard & not too comfortable. There was a bit of traffic noise as the motel is on a main street.

The manager was super helpful, allowed us to leave our car in the car park for 3 days whilst at Gari Island. Easy location to find as you drive into town. Met our requirements for stopover between whale watching and Gari trip, tour buses picup and droppoff outside hotel. Rooms good size. Thank you.

The location was great, the pool was good and the staff was great

The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were thin and the shower was so small I had to turn sideways to walk in it plus the bathroom floor got soaked even while trying my hardest not to wet the floor

The man in charge was amazing so happy so lovely so comforting honestly one of the best places I have stayed at hervey bay I will deffentally be back love a man who can have a joke on the job and still be very professional lovely spacious clean rooms thank you

If I'm being picky, maybe an enclosed shower, so water doesn't get all over the bathroom floor.

When entering reception, we were greeted & felt welcome at this motel. The room was lovely & clean with fresh decor. There is a front door & a slider back door which goes out to the peaceful outdoor area, overlooking tropical gardens & the pool; being an excellent family vacay decision as kids have an area to play & the outdoor settings are well positioned for parents to supervise with a beverage in hand. The hot water for the shower took a while to come thru so be patient if staying in #1 as you won’t be disappointed. Irons are kept at reception with ironing boards in the cupboard in the room. The laundry is clean & user friendly. The location being near a busy road was surprisingly quiet & the exit & access at the back of the complex was convenient. This motel is located in an excellent position with heaps of shops nearby. A highlight was the yummy ginger biscuits for guests - delicious! Wish I knew where to buy them! Never got to the Kiwi Shop across the road as it is closed on Mondays! Loved checking out Aldi up the road. We highly recommend this place to stay & the well presented & friendly managers are deserving of the good star rating. Highly recommended 10/10 & thank you :)

We loved the location, the staff were friendly, the pool area was great with every room’s back slider leading out to a private and pretty area. The room was even better than the photos and suited us very well. Everything we needed was close by with only a short drive to the beach and shops/restaurants. We were very happy with our stay.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the double bed. It was very hard and made sleeping difficult. The kid’s bunks were great.

Booked really late notice but was able to check in easily and quickly, great facilities and comfy bed. Very clean as well.

Bit of a drive to the port but easy enough if you have a car!
