we loved the location, right by the boardwalk and beach. The apartment met our requirements of 3 bedrooms, and was clean, comfortable and had a lovely relaxed feel to it. We could also walk to 'The Wharf' rather than having to take our car for some of our meals or take-away. We were also happy to have our own safe carpark on the facility for our hire car.

We struggled using the oven - just couldn't get it to work and had to ask the Manager to come and help us. It was simple - if you knew how! So, some instructions on how to use it in the kitchen would have been helpful.

did seem to lack a bit of general maintenance and upkeep. Did have to follow up to acquire a 2nd set of keys. Only a few steak knives but should be at least the number required for number of people in unit. went to use bbq on penthouse rooftop for a Brekky cook up and there was no gas. BBQ was also not clean. went to use range hood but when we pulled it out there were insect droppings on top so looked like hadn’t been cleaned. Went to use coffee in sachets provided but coffee was grey so very old.

The accommodation was a great size for our family of four with all the facilities we required. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool almost every day. The thing we loved the most was the ideal location. A short walk to The Wharf, Mooloolaba shops, the end of the spit and two patrolled beaches meant it was not too far from anything and reasonably quiet. It was beautiful eating breakfast looking at the bush/scrub over the balcony and listening to the birds. The manager was very responsive to a couple of issues we had.

The air conditioner in the main bedroom was not working properly (we were told it had only been reported the morning we arrived). The manager had arranged for the repair men to look at it the next day but they couldn't fix it, so we had a partially working a/c. The WiFi could only be used in the lounge room as it didn't reach down to the bedrooms, nor could it be setup on the TV so we couldn't use our Netflix or Disney+ accounts. Not a huge issue though.

Proximity to the boardwalk, direct access to beach, walking distance to Mooloolaba, hear the waves crashing. Ensuite, seperate toilet, laundry facilities and kitchen. Heated swimming pool for winter. Perfect for family break within reasonable budget.

Only criticism (which is very minor) is better blankets - we didn’t like the comforters as they were very stiff and had to take them off the beds and find blankets in cupboards to make the beds up with. Maybe also a host book to explain where bins are, check out requirements etc

The location was fantastic, staff were very friendly and the apartments were very well equipped. The terrace area was fantastic and the staff managed to accommodate our large family in three adjoining apartments.

Check out was 9am; this is very early, even by Australian standards! The patio doors and bedroom windows were a bit dated; they were stiff to open and close and you could hear the wind whistling through them as they weren't a great fit!

The location couldn’t have been better. Was almost like having our own private beach. The ease of getting to or from the beach was wonderful plus the walk to shops was very nice along the boardwalk and it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

It was all very nice. The only thing that wasn’t great, for us, was how light the bedrooms become at first light and more so at sunrise but no problem if you’re a morning person - makes it easy to get that early morning swim in 😉

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and cafes and direct access to beach is fantastic. Nice pool area. Boutique size complex which is great as is not busy. Across the road from the Wharf precinct.

Advertised as ‘Sea Views’. You can certainly hear the beautiful sounds of the beach but unfortunately no views from any of the rooms. All views hidden by trees.

Fantastic location and having a courtyard on the ground floor unit was great allowing us to sit in the sun throughout the day. A large 2-bedroom apartment (Unit 2) which seemed to have been recently renovated.

A minor issue only was that although the kitchen was equipped with sufficient crockery/cutlery, some of the usual soft extras like cling wrap, oil, etc were lacking. Also, time to replace the coffee plunger with a coffee machine. During previous visits the apartments had Foxtel, however, on this occasion, there was only free-to-air TV. The hot water in this apartment was incredibly hot so care is needed, particularly if kids are staying.

location is excellent. within walking distance to everything. Comfortable enough with plenty of room for everyone.

superficially the rooms looked clean, but look a little closer and you’ll see some old dust/dirt and quite a bit of mould. Appliances could do with some updating including the TV/Air Con. there were also no TVs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms…which is fine, but a bit odd for a “penthouse”.

We thought that the location was excellent. The proximity to the boardwalk, beach, shops and surf club was great. The manager was very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

I thought that after 5 nights of a 10 night stay we should have been given a quick clean of basins, toilets and a vacuum. We were given fresh linen.
