Well-furnished apartment in an excellent location with a nice view over the river and park directly opposite, and only a short walk from the beach.

Slightly confusing instructions about getting entry to the apartment and carpark - we received multiple emails but weren't told about the early closing time on the day of arrival (a Sunday), so were lucky we arrived before the closing time and were able to collect the keys. Also, getting the access code to the carpark was difficult (we were supposed to receive the code by text, but didn't). But on the plus side the people on reception were friendly and helpful.

Unit 4. Good size unit, nice cross ventilation, nice tv, kitchen. Whole building was quite quiet throughout the day and night. Nice and clean, renovated. Walking distance to anything. Good location.

Air con cannot quite cool down the bedroom. Early hour noise from laundry and dump trucks right around bedroom window. We were looking forward to a higher level unit. It did not come through at the time of booking that it's not guaranteed.. We had a good time overall. Next time we book directly.

Great location, good walking distance to the main part of Mooloolaba. Comfy bed, nice furnishings & great patio area.

Needing more attention to detail for cleaning, quite a bit of dust and hairs left in bathroom & bedroom lamp and bedside table. Mirrors needed dusting. We were in unit 2, next door was banging on the bedroom side at 8am on a Sunday morning doing Reno’s. Monday morning there was banging in the hallway about 7:30am which was disappointing.

I booked last minute, usually stay at Meriton properties for context. I was pretty pleased with my experience once in the apartment. I was surprised I had everything I needed to cook, eat and more without having to buy basic things like salt and pepper - just the food as if I were at home.

I thought some things were over communicated. I received about 10 emails in the 5 days (I booked the day before I arrived). Every email I received I thought I did something wrong and it took me away from what I was doing in the moment. I just needed one to welcome me and confirm, one for after hours access once I requested that and one to tell me about check out. It just seemed i received two emails every day.

Good location, with a nice view of the river and marina. Away from traffic noise, but close enough to the marina restaurants and beach. It was good having a basement carpark and lift, as the weather was wet and windy while we were there. The staff were friendly and quick to fix anything that was a problem.

The apartment didn't get any sun, and due to the wind direction during our stay, it wasn't pleasant to sit out on the balcony or the rooftop patio. It would probably be good if the weather was hot and calm. The apartment was quite small but adequate for our needs.

The best staff. Always so friendly. Perfect location that is just by the Mooloolah River and a short stroll to the wharf and attractions like Sealife and the Aquaduck. Really comfortable and clean apartment with all of the things you would need for a short/long stay. Huge smart TV with Netflix was great! There’s secure undercover parking as well. My three year old son kept saying he really liked staying there!

You can hear some elephants stomping upstairs sometimes but that’s just the hard flooring that is unavoidable.

Nice spacious and well-appointed apartment right on the corner with a nice view across to the river. Nice quiet location (although in a high-density apartment area still).

Problem getting back up from the basement - had to walk out the fire escape door. Confusing WiFI password info, only twigged on the last couple of days. Not too soundproof to next room (eg if they have a TV on).

Great Location, very quiet and peaceful, lake views accross the road. Homely feeling apartment with everything I needed for cooking. Convenient basement parking. Short 5 min walk to the Cafe strip on the beach. Common areas of the building clean and presentable. Reception area full of books and cool junk (it's character) and friendly staff.

Bathroom functional but could do with an update. Basement parking tight for bigger vehicles.

Great location, walking distance to nearby restaurants at the Wharf and short drive to most places around Mooloolaba. The top floor room was quiet and peaceful, and very spacious. Though there is no air con in the bedrooms, the fan was very powerful and sufficient to stay cool during early March. We stayed during the Mooloolaba Triathlon weekend and found it close enough to the transition area but not affected by the road closures for the triathlon.

We did not mind the stairs, however would not recommend for those who find it difficult to walk up stairs. It was three flights of stairs up to the top floor, with no lift option.

Clean and comfortable in a great location with every thing in easy walking distance .I have stayed on the esplanade a handful of times and I preferred the river location and found it tranquil.Bed was very comfortable.

As we were on the ground floor there were a few sand flies when sitting outside which is fine as long as you put repellent on.There is a bit of noise from the elevator as its opposite the front door. Also the newish fitted shower was a bit painful.
