We travelled here and used this motel as a base for 4 days. The minute I walked in to reception I sensed straight away just how lovely and clean this motel was. Good size room and car parked right at door and under cover. (We were on a ground floor room) . Not sure of access to parking for upstairs but there were loads of parking spaces. I think it was an added bonus to be on the ground floor with car at door. Made it easy to pack and unpack the car. Friendly staff and very helpful. Nearby eating places was an added bonus.

A very minor detail that did not spoil our holiday. There were chairs at the dining table but no comfy chair to sit in. My husband likes an easy chair. Like I say very minor and did not at all spoil a great establishment.

Lovely staff were attentive and very helpful, even offering to clean whilst the family was occupying the room. Could not ask for better service.

Pool-side political discourse from my children not being impressed that the swimming pool was not heated. I responded appropriately by mentioning that that it most certainly was. The heater was solar-powered and therefore compliant with regional energy efficiency policies.

We like that it feels like you are away from the hustle an bustle, but only 5-10minutes away from everything you need. We love the bbq area to meet up with other families and kids can make new friends. It definitely feels like a safe place for our children to explore and be kids. Thankyou for another amazing stay

I don't like that we are paying decent amount only to be charged for not doing the dishes. It only leads us to believe that dishes may not be cleaned correctly via the previous guests. In turn should all be going through a dishwasher to help with sterilization. Other then that everything else is great 😊

It was nice and quiet as I needed the room to study.

I didn't like the fact that we couldn't check out after 12pm or check in any earlier than 2pm as I needed the room to have an important zoom meeting at 10.30am. We booked another room so that I was able to to do that as the system allowed us to check in at 8am and expected the booking. Once we arrived at the reception, they said we cannot check in until 2pm. By that time, we no longer needed the room so we end up paying for a extra room for no reason as I had to check out and look for some place else to host an important zoom meeting. If the booking portal didn't allow us to check in earlier then that would've been understandable. But because it did and took our money, we automatically assumed we can check in at 8am.

I asked for an early check in and was accommodated, which I really appreciated. Streaming services like Netflix were included which was great. The bed was firm and comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The Italian restaurant attached to the motel was open on Easter Friday (very handy) and had multiple vegan options.

Having the option of soy milk or just any non-dairy option for a morning coffee would have been nice. You have to wash your own dishes in the bathroom sink or pay a $20 surcharge. This isn’t sanitary and made me question the cleanliness of the dishes I was using (ie. had they been run through a dishwasher or washed by a previous visitor and put back in the drawer).

Everything was so clean when we arrived. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were top notch. The shower was the best shower I've had in ages, the pressure was fantastic

Nothing. All of our expectations were met with ease. Country Motel Ipswich are doing a superb job, and I would be more than willing to recommend them to anyone that requires a room out that way

It was located in good proximity to shopping and several dining options whilst still being a peaceful and relaxing … the room was clean and roomy , the beds and pillows were super comfy .. and the on-site restaurant although not attached to the hotel was absolutely delicious, even had a spa bath in our room which wasn’t in the room description

the only thing I could fault was the placement of the spa jets

The rooms are always clean and tidy. We had booked a family room which was fantastic and plenty of room.

The only down side was the Queen bed was shot. The springs were jamming into you all night, so we ended up sleeping in the singles. I did notify the lady at the reception upon check out and she had advised that they were waiting for new bedding to arrive.

Check in was easy. Plenty of parking right outside rooms. Clean rooms. Good size shower. Smart TVs to connect your streaming accounts. Free wifi. Pool area is a good size.

I think the restaurant was under-staffed so couldn't handle the demand. Oddly, the pool water was a little warm for a hot day, would prefer cooler.

Very spacious studio with everything we needed and restaurant on site. Great location for us visiting family in Ipswich Friendly staff, clean and comfortable bed

Everything was very good - considering the age of the units - it was extremely good 👍
