The room itself was excellent, including the view, the location is great if you want to be near the city center, but that’s not where you want to be in Townsville, it’s a ghost town with the strand being the optimal area which was only a short walk from the hotel. Staff were great.

Check in process was a pain, the reality vs the info they send you upon reservation don’t match up. Updated and accurate information would solve this issue. More toiletries need to be supplied, the room isn’t made up daily and 2 tiny body washes in a 4 person room isn’t close to enough especially as the reception hours are so limited restricting your ability to procure more.

The property was well located and we loved the view from our balcony. It was very clean and spacious.

We had to park in the garage next door and the lift wasn’t working so we had to carry our bags down several flights of stairs etc. Not the fault of the hotel but as we arrived after hours a note letting us know this before we had parked would have been great as we would have unloaded everything before parking. We thought the parking was connected to the hotel.

I didn't realise there was no WiFi. I thought that was basically a standard inclusion staying somewhere these days.

Massive apartment with ample room for toddler to play. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Only stayed for one night, but it would be great for staying longer as it has everything you need. Off street secure parking.

Could do with a decent clean. Quiet dusty behind bed and around skirting boards. Fridge was dirty - crumbs. Hair all over couch. Cutlery draw has dirt? In it. Fans were covered in dust and lint.

Location was great close to everything we needed. bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. the kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils to cook a good meal.

Only issue we had was one blind was broken, or we didn't know how to keep it up as it just wanted to unwind and rest on the floor.

Large apartment with excellent facilities and a beautiful view across to Magnetic Island. The staff are very helpful and quick to resolve issues

The bathroom could do with a makeover as there was a patch of mould above the shower. The dishwasher wasn't working and although we were offered a different room which we declined, there wasn't too much of an attempt to fix it

I like the location and the views

I did not like the sewage smell in hallway or the iron that was terrible and mean I could not iron my shirt for my meeting properly. I did not know you could get paid Wifi.

The location is great.. close to everything which made it just great for our stay... the apartment was very lovely, neaty kept. It was clean and beautiful as well

The bathroom needs a bit of renovation in the apartment we were in as their were moldy grunts.. but the rest was great

Beautiful views as and roomy accommodation

Air conditioned main bedroom leaking down wall onto carpet. Slat blinds missing in lounge and second bedroom. Could not close at convenience. Lifts to main building and seperate parking garage lifts were out of service from time to time. An average of three to four days out of our stay.

Only single towel rack in bathroom when you have 2 people you have to hang second towel over the door, Had Broken cloth drying rack but these are just minor thing that can be resolve
