Very comfortable bed and other furniture. Spacious and light, airy living space.

Check-in was more complicated than necessary. It was fine to have check-in at a separate location from the property, but this information wasn’t provided until you arrive, look for reception and realise there isn’t one, and then find a sign that says to make a phone call or go to another property for check-in. We chose the phone call option and were advised to go to the other property - so there really was only one option. When we finally checked in and drove back to the apartments, we searched for our allocated car park, only to discover there was a second parking area where our park was located. Why wasn’t that information given to us at check-in?

Facilities (good washing machine, dryer, dishwasher), 2 bathrooms in our 2 bedroom unit, beds were comfortable, close to eateries in Palmer Street

Has on-site parking but incredibly narrow spaces for some units, parking is not secure, and only 1 space for a 2 bedroom apartment being occupied by 2 couples. Only other mention: cleaners are great and apartment was clean, but it’s been a long time since someone was engaged to do the additional, less frequent cleaning needed for kitchen facilities.

Clean, comfortable and effecient staff

Could find no place for recycling - particularly ironic as the there is the option of "going green with Rydges' which effectively means decline housekeeping services for one day (makes sense, but wait for it) you receive complementary water in PLASTIC as a thank you. We walked around the apartment building with our piles of newspapers and other recyclables looking for recycling options as only rubbish bin inside apartment. Apart from that (which we found distressing) everything was great.

The parking for room 10 sucked having that wall that blocks 1/2 of the park width, having to let passengers out and put mirrors in to park is ridiculous, Luckily, we only had a small car because there is no way a ute or 4wd would fit in that space Would be nice if you please notify people about this as it is a big inconvenience

Loved the location . Close to Palmer st restaurants and walk over the bridge to the city .

We went to check in at our apartment ? Was very confused ? Couldn’t find where we check in ? We called the number out front of the apartments . We had to drive to Palmer st Rydges to check in . Very weird ! As not told in advance . Being transparent to your guests in future would solve the problem of being confused on arrival .

Our visit started with excellent customer service from Kia , she remembered our names and the reason for our visit. Kia customer service was 15 out of 10 checking us in while just politely apologizing to the waiting people as she had with us Kia showed us where our apartments were and said to ring if we needed anything. We arrived at our apartment and it was beautiful, everything we needed. The ensuite with spa looked very inviting. The patio was just the place to sit and relax, the dining table very roomy for a delicious meal from a near by ( close 5 minutes walk) restaurant, which was one of many to choose from. The bedding was very comfortable. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Comfortable spacious apartment. Bed was SUPER comfortable! Plenty of living space with air-con and fans. Decent sized kitchen with goood cooking facilities. Plenty of nearby places to eat out.

The kitchen wasn't that clean (crumbs and ants). There was a bit of road noise and late night partygoer noise that filtered in even with all the windows closed and air-con on. Check in-out was around the corner at the Rydges hotel (not a problem just a bit inconvenient)

The apartment was clean and comfortable and close to restaurants and the Cowboys stadium. The pool is small, but was clean and private. All in all we found it a great spot to stay.

The parking was a little squishy as we have a 4X4. Maybe removing the gardens on the side of the driveway would help those with larger vehicles as they jut out and make the entry/exit to the parking quite narrow.

the toilet cisterns need replacing (old and plastic turning to dust upon touch). the on-site parking is not suitable for larger sized 4 wheel drive vehicle. we would not have known to check in at Rydges unless we had read the reviews of other travellers. this information should be added to the listing

Modern, spacious and very clean.

wifi wouldn’t work. reported to reception but continued to drop out repeatedly. would not connect to tv. Location not the best street. walking distance to restaurants but didn’t feel safe to walk after dark
