First of all super cool split level rooms which makes it feel very specious plus a balcony. We were overlooking the pool which was an extra bonus. The room has a full working kitchen as well as the communal BBQ area next to the pool and spa, very convenient. loads of parking space for bigger cars as well as an area if you need to wash off bikes. Location is also great, 2 min gentle walk to bars, cafes and restaurants along the beach front. Super chill atmosphere and friendly.

Phone reception was terrible in that area (telstra) as well as very limited wifi reception in our room. only way to have good connection for us, was to be on the balcony.

Location was perfect for walking around the town and for our booked tours. Room was good with two bedrooms and two bathrooms .beds were comfortable. Kitchen was good. Was good value for money. Balcony was nice with nice outlook. Pool area was also nice,

Bedroom two downstairs was a bit stuffy as no windows or airflow. Fan on wall was noisy however management did give me another portable fan an this made all the difference. Days were only 25 degrees but room was still stuffy. Reverse style aircon in main living did not really filter into this room.

I likes just about everything. The management - Tom & Kim - were always happy to answer any query & provide any assistance that I needed. I particularly liked the layout of the pool area with the adjacent hot tub. Finally, I very much liked the location of the property being relatively close to the beach on one hand & in turn only about 800 metres in terms of walking distance, to the Trinity Beach Shopping Centre.

My only suggestion would be that better lighting be provided in relation to the main entrance to the property. OK. Perhaps it would be useful to install a couple of lights as you walk into the major driveway entrance such as a pair of fixed lights at night and/or a couple of motion-sensor lights in the area. I think that would be particularly helpful for older guests and/or guests with below average vision at night.

Check in was very easy, instructions were left for me for a late Check in, but weren't needed as just as I was accessing those instructions, the manager appeared and opened the safe for me Thank you for that. The unit I stayed in was very spacious with room enough for four people, with a view towards the hill behind the property. The next morning I checked in properly, and they were very helpful with information about what to see and do in the area.

STAIRS. Apart from that everything was wonderful.

We’ll maintained & clean. Staff very responsive to concerns & super-helpful in planning self-guided tours. Good restaurant options and beach within walking distance. Pool & hot-tub & grill area seemed good though we didn’t end up using it; we saw others enjoying

My first impressions weren’t great (thought I’d reserved a suite with two twin beds but instead got two queens) & Wifi wasn’t great throughout stay but staff was quickly responsive & provided bedding for pull-out couch which served us well. Village seemed to tend towards aging boomers/retirees.

The apartments are located 2 blocks off the beach esplanade. Plenty of parking available. Rooms were loft rooms with double below and double above over kitchen area. 2 bathrooms was good. Apartment well appointed with smart tv. Aic Con in main area kept whole place cool. The pool area and cooking facilities there were the unexpected bonus. Great for a family gathering.

Everything good , only slight issue was we found all the pillows very soft and low.

The manager was really friendly,helpful and supportive. Did everything they could to look after us. How do you cope with a cyclone and 100 year floods in the space of two days? but these guys made sure we were all safe and well, kept checking if we needed anything. We felt reassured and they managed to keep everything calm for us. Kids really loved the pool and hot tub

Excellent location and run by a very pleasant and helpful couple Thomas and Kim. Comfortable apartment with a good sized living area. Very spacious pool with plenty of sun lounges and tables and chairs available for relaxing. Another great feature is a wonderful poolside cabana with a bbq, fridge, full size oven, and equipped with bbq tools. There are also lots of lovely polished timber tables for dining. There is also plenty of undercover parking. All in all a great place to stay.

A few more kitchen utensils would have been appreciated, e.g a couple of medium sized bowls for making scrambled eggs, plus a whisk to beat with and also a couple of wooden spoons for using in non stick pans. Also some decent sized cereals bowls wouldn't go astray. We noticed these things because we enjoyed having breakfast at home every morning.

Great location, spacious and clean, easy check in after hours. Peaceful and quiet area. Was provided with a room upgrade which was great. Within walking distance to Trinity beach and the local cafes/restaurants and grocery. Within short driving distance to Smithfield shopping centre for other needs. Also within close driving distance of the city, Kuranda and other tourist areas.

Everything. Huge room with all necessary utensils. Very clean. Extra towels left. Staff were friendly. Pool and hottub were fantastic. Outdoor cooking area was a nice option to have. Covered parking in what feels like a very safe location. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Great value for money, it well exceeded our expectations.
