The location was absolutely mesmerizing! Couldn't be a better view of Trinity Beach, and it was right next to all cafes and restaurants, and the convenience store was literally right across the road from coral sands. The staff and reception were extremely helpful and lovely, and the wifi was really quick. The apartment was very nice, super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, and the overall feel of the place felt like the perfect beachside getaway. The pool and the entire resort was also very well maintained! We will definitely be back!!

Didn't like people eating in the pool - also found a floating piece of poo (probably from a child's nappy in pool). Maybe a bit more closer monitoring or rules around pool use. Pool could probably do with a reno.

-fire alarm kept randomly beeping which was annoying at 3am and 5 am. i reported this saying i fixed it temporarily but someone should come and fix it professionally but noone came during our stay -garden was beautiful but the plastic foil wasn’t nice at all -you have to pay for a beach towel -the beach was disappointing, maybe just bad weather

size of rooms, facilities, location. Ease to check in & out, adequate parking facilities for hire car. Close to beach and bus stop, close to restaurants.

we did not receive a linen change despite requesting it. We had to prompt for a change of towels. Given our stay was for 10 days it would have been nice for linen and towels to be changed around day 5 or 6.

Insufficient crockery and cutlery. Nine saucers and two side plates. Get with it. Televisions in both rooms terrible and useless. The sound output so poor it was impossible to watch television. Burnt out light globes or wattage so poor as to be useless. Not necessary in the day of the LED. Would I stay in this apartment again? No.

Brilliant location right on the sea front with beautiful views from the balcony & lovely swimming pool in the resort. Close to restaurants & small store for basic supplies. BBQ facilities if you want to cook. It was very handy having a washing machine & there's nice a big fridge freezer in the kitchen. Morning receptionist was so nice, helpful, polite & cheerful. Not too far from the airport and it was easy enoughto get a taxi. Carins city center has a lovely pool on the waterfront lots of shops, restaurants & a night market etc. Lots of wonderful attractions such as the Sky Rail through the Rainforest to Kuranda wheres theres a market & shops to look around & restaurants, Hartley's Crocodile Adventures, trips to Green Island for snorkeling or glass bottom boat trip all worth doing.

On the surface the apartment looked clean, but there were ring marks on windowsill, balcony table needed cleaning and the floor has stains. The Light switches were a bit temperamental & the doors between the second bedroom & shower don't exactly shut or lock.

Location is fantastic, close to cafes, restaurants and transport plus beautiful views of Trinity Beach.

Room was very dated, especially the bathroom, sliding door to balcony needs fixing, one bath towel each for a five day stay was inadequate and non refundable $5.00 for each pool towel was a bit of a shock.

We/ve been to Trinity Beach before and loved it - we needed a holiday badly but didn't want to go overseas - so came back for another stay at Trinity Beach!

I liked the room rate, views and amenities so not really a complaint - but we did notice the room felt a bit tired. However we really enjoyed our stay.

We had booked 5 night stay in a Standard 1 bedroom apartment so were surprised when we opened the door to find we had been given a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Unit 31 was just beautiful and spacious with high quality furniture throughout including a wonderfully comfortable leather sofa. Big comfortable timber seating on the terrace overlooking the pool and sea. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was in excellent condition. Plenty of good dining options within walking distance. The beach is just like paradise. The only minor negative was the resort pool water was too cold for us to use🙁 but it is their winter. The resort gardens were fabulous and very well maintained. We’re looking forward to staying at Coral Sands the next time we are in Trinity Beach.

The place was well laid out, the beds comfortable and the furnishings adequate. The pool was nice and the place felt secure. We were pleasantly surprised the accommodation provided laundry detergent and ample dishwashing liquid/powder and bin bags for the stay.

Walking up all the flights of stairs is tricky with suitcases and the parking spaces were narrow. We wish there were more than one place setting as we frequently ran out of clean dishes/cutlery. The clock in the apartment did not work.
