I had room 715, top floor in which I honestly can say was great. Since I was there for a week, I asked for plates and bowls and they also gave me a microwave. The room was really clean, close to everything I needed. Grocery store 3 minute walk , Woolworth. Mall is right there too. Bus transportation as well. The marina 15 minutes tops if you like walking. It is a beautiful marina with restaurants everywhere. Mures has 26 flavors of ice cream and a great menu of fresh seafoods. Sunday market is small but nice and vendors display nicely. I would love the location if I lived in Hobart. The skybus is a great option for airport in both directions. Their hours are early in the a.m. until late p.m. This is an older city with lots of amazing history. Beautiful buildings, churches and all is clean. Music venues daily at the mall. Smoking is also regulated, so if you hate smoking like I do, you will be happy. The staff inclusive of housekeeping do a great job.

There was an issue with the booking due to booking.com who accepted my cancelled booking but then had not rebooked.my subsequent booking so the hotel was not expecting us. Despite this they had a room for us and worked through the issues with booking.com with minimal interruption to us. Room was comfy and worked well for its location.

Lack of hooks and rails for towels meant we had to find places to drape towels. Set up of the bathroom wasn't great. Booking.com service which was an issue on check in and was still an issue on checkout. The hotel had no record of us paying for the room despite providing receipts and confirmation from Booking.com. Not the hotels fault.

The staff were exceptional. Very kind and welcoming, took proactive steps to contact me regarding my booking etc etc, fantastic. Location is also very hard to beat, and if you’re there on a Sunday, the Farmgate Market is literally outside the front door

Seems the place has undergone some recent updates and there are some missing finishing touches (e.g. towel racks, or a shelf to put your amenities in the shower), not a major complaint but could be improved, wifi was also too slow for streaming on the in-room tv

The location is the most important one near shops, pubs and you can easily walk to Salamanca markets and dock. Rooms were functional and clean. If your staying more than 2 nights you get a complimentary housekeeping otherwise you have to pay for it. Local market every Sunday in front of the hotel. Got a complimentary Wine and chocolates from the manager with an issue I have on my 2nd day. Thank you for the quick reply and for clarifying the issue.

Paying for parking at a hotel that I'm also paying for is not appealing. They have a large parking area at the back. When booking make sure to booked for parking as well coz it's not available all the time. On-site car parking is limited, but available at the rate of $20 per night. Unfortunately during my stay the staff in reception not that helpful at all.

The location and the staff. Location: easy access to the nearest store and restaurant Staff: very helpful and welcoming. I have one situation where the tour guide cant even wait for 5 minutes just for me to store my baggage. But because of the receptionist everything is easy and quick which really amazed me and I would definitely stay again in Allurity for my trip in Future. I would like to dedicate This appreciation to your staff, Tin. She was exceptionally amazing, quick and efficient. The way she handle my situation that was in rushed she settled everything for me less than 5 minutes and i received my bag tag and she even helped me to store my 3 heavy luggages. Tin you are amazing and I wish you will do even greater in Future. And to Allurity Hotel, i wish you will have more staff like Tin that prioritised the guests satisfaction and you should give her some appreciation as well. Well done Tin.

Breakfast was not included or available at the property. The location was just what we wanted - close to everything. We decided against hiring a car for this quick trip which is why we stayed in the city. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go to. We purchased tickets on the hop on/hop off bus and used that over the weekend.

The disabled bathroom, while not a problem, was a bit disconcerting. The bathroom door was very heavy and we had to wedge it open with a shoe rather than constantly opening the door.

Location very central, was clean and tidy, staff were friendly, helpful and understanding. Great pub opposite to play cards in the Winter. Fab cafes on a parallel street. Parking onsite (need to pay). Tin very kindly upgraded our room due to my friend and I not being able to sleep due to the people in the room next door listening to loud music, banging around, watching the TV on loud volume and shouting on the phone in the corridor- could hear every word. It was very much appreciated and for that reason I would consider staying here again.

Very noisy, walls are paper thin. You can clearly hear people talking or watching TV in rooms either side. If they are noisy you need earplugs or to listen to music with headphones. People on the street outside and traffic also clearly heard. You are at the mercy or others staying there to be considerate. I managed to sleep the second night in an upgraded room thanks to the hotel staff but my friend did not sleep both nights we were there due to the noise. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the right hotel for you.

Fantastic location, centrally placed with lots of attractions within easy walking distance. The staff really made the effort including providing a "staff picks" of recommended places for meals. Front desk staff responded promptly with fresh sheets when stained bedding was discovered late at night. Great pricing considering the location.

Room was terribly small, 2 adults, 1 teenager and a tween did have to take turns in moving around. There was no space for a luggage rack nor was there space for more than 1 chair for us to share.

Refurbished room was super clean and had all I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Happily stored my suitcase for a few hours after checkout so I didnt need to lug it about. Communication before check in was also great. Hotel is super short walking distance to CBD. Bed was comfy and linen fresh. Little pod coffee machine much appreciated. Was on rear side of building and there were no issues with noise.

Not a complaint, but some tips for those with cars. There's limited parking on site, this needs to be prebooked. Reduced street access during Dark Mofo and Farm Gate Market needs to be factored in by anyone driving. If you time your activities around this, it's not an issue.

The Location was great, it was easy to walk to the Dock for dinners, as well as other places to eat close to the hotel and easy to walk to shops and main shopping centers, Banjo's bakery was very close to Hotel for Breakfast.

Rooms had no phone, so if you needed to complain you needed to use you own mobile to call an afterhours number as the front Desk close's and is not open again until 8.am, the free internet was hit and miss (was advised that it was due a large group conference interfering with leads when they left).
