Spacious apartment, good central location, great friendly staff. Clean and regulary serviced. Loved the good coffee shop on Criterion Street called Villino Coffee. Easy walk to town, supermarket, shops, Sky Bus stop to/from Airport.

Difficult to get comfortable in beds a bit old and tired. Would be better with washing machine and dryer in each apartment. Long wait times with broken elevator. Would be nicer with a dining table set up by the kitchen in such a large room, TV remote was flat, shower button fitting missing, flat hard uncomfortable carpet, but clean and new. Dishwasher very small and doesn't work well at all. Apartment doors all slam loud and fast which gets annoying. Apart from that, is generally very good and would stay again if coming to Hobart.

The staff on arrival were super friendly and helpful, and all staff we encountered during our stay were the same. The location of the hotel might not provide the best views from the room (although we could see Mt Wellington between the buildings on the 8th floor) but the central location is great for anyone who is exploring the city on foot. There are plenty of eateries, great coffee shops and plenty of retail stores surrounding the accommodation. The room was very clean and had plenty of modern features; spacious enough for two of us to be there for 8 nights. The bed was very comfortable, which was a bonus for a lengthy stay and the bathroom was clean and new with great water pressure for the shower. Another huge bonus was the ability to control the A/C in our room which you could actually feel was working and the ability to open the window in the room for fresh air is one thing I feel is missing from so many hotels, so this was great.

Close to everything! We loved the location and appreciated the free cot for use while we were staying and they didn’t charge us extra for bringing our baby like some other hotels. They also gave us a room that was very accessible with a pram and all the baby things we needed. The room size and kitchen amenities exceeded our expectations. We had an incredible sleep on the bed and would love to know what the mattress was!? So good!

The shower was very slow to drain so sometimes there was a lot of water on the floor. Wish there had been a tub, otherwise- lovely.

Spacious and clean room that had everything we needed in our stay- stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. TV also allowed us to log in and watch Netflix. The bed was comfortable, and the floor was carpeted. The room heater was useful in the cold weather and they had rain shower head in the toilet which provided hot water without having to wait too long to be heated. They had laundry service at 6 dollars per cycle, but we did not use them. There were two restaurants - Japanese and malaysian cuisine - at the lobby too. They also changed our towels and made the bed daily. The location was near to food, groceries, and sights. The reception staff have always been so helpful to assist us with whatever we needed. The check-in and out process was fuss free. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The location was very convenient for what we had planned for the evening. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was well presented, reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Suggestions for improvement, the pillows weren't very comfortable which made it difficult to sleep even thought the bed itself was great. Also the little milk containers were so small we needed to use two each for each cup of coffee. There was only 6 supplied so if you had 8 containers of the milk it would have meant we could of had two cups of coffee each, not a big concern but a suggestion.

The apartments were in a great location. Easy walking distance to city sight seeing. Staff were friendly. There was a supermarket around the corner to buy food supplies. The toiletries provided were good. Bathroom nice.

I found it uncomfortable that the sofa didn't face the tv so it was easier to sit on the bed. It would have been good to have a table and chairs to eat meals at rather than the sofa and coffee table. The only mirror was in the bathroom above the vanity. It would have been good to have a full length mirror.

Spacious room, high ceilings, quiet, clean, amazing lemongrass bath soap! The kitchenette had 2 different sized pots and 1 pan. Most cooking utensils but no oils/salt/pepper/paper towels/aluminum foil etc. Really good location, lots of good food and shopping/farm gate markets within 5mins walk. Outside the hotel is a bus stop that takes you to MONA too. Lawerence the receptionist gave us a plenty of yummy mints which we loved! Overall would go back, we paid $620 AUD for 5 nights for 2

One of the receptionist was not very friendly, never said hello/good evening etc which felt strange. No views from our room, just the wall of the carpark, but mostly fine as we were out most of the time.

Bathroom felt luxurious. Kitchen facilities were good. Bed and furniture were comfortable.

A small table and chair for eating meals would have made eating meals more comfortable. Getting enough dishwashing detergent to put the dishwasher through twice a day was tricky when I left early and arrived back late after some day trips, as they only provided 1 sachet per day. Provision of a chopping board and a drying mat for dishes would make the kitchen easier to use. Unfortunately, the group staying in the room next to me for the last night were the neighbours from hell - loud laughter and talking, slamming doors and even practicing bird calls between midnight and 5am! :(

Great location, very friendly staff and overall the generous room was well equipped. The cleaning standard was of a high standard with a daily room service. We didn’t have a chance to eat at the hotel but both restaurants were busy during our visit and looked inviting.

The hotel has limited parking availability, ensure you prebook if you need it. We learnt towards the end of our stay that there are long term parking options a block away. We did manage to get by juggling the car in the one hour street parking close to the hotel during business hours. The room was a little dated and very dark. As our window opened onto the next buildings hotel parking it wasn’t an option to open the curtains. The location is really great however after dark there were many homeless in close proximity so we weren’t comfortable being outside alone.

I loved that it was so close to everything. It was really conveniently located. The staff and cleaners were very lovely and very friendly.

It was a bit dusty, I have allergies to dust mites and it was affecting me while I was there. The remote control was dirty and dusty. But overall, it was lovely and the staff were very friendly.
