We liked the comfort and cleanliness. Very well done. We had an issue, and reception was immediate in their response, and willingness to fix the issue, very good customer service. The bed and bedding were comfortable and clean. On-site parking was good. Having access to a laundry was also good. The breakfast each morning (if you paid for it) was very good, comfortable, and clean.

I only had two issues with my experience. The shower head in my room was broken (but reception was willing to move us to a whole other room), not that big of a deal in the long run. The second issue, again, is not a big issue, though I was paying for parking on site. I understand parking Inner City is hard with paid parking everywhere, but it would be nice to park under the hotel that I'm paying to stay at without paying for parking on top of that.

Room light and airy, beds comfortable. Great central location with parking (for a fee) Room even has cutlery and a small sink with a tea towel and washing up liquid which isn’t often supplied . It’s a thoughtful addition, acknowledging that guests frequently dine on takeaway meals in their room. (In our case it was pizza)

Bathroom a little cramped. You have to almost wedge yourself against the basin to shut the door to use the loo. The slight difference in height between the carpeting in the room and the tiling on bathroom floor can catch out the unwary.

The room is equip with microwave and the toilet has special warm lighting for cold weather and comes with skin care lotion. Something unique and out of our expectation. Great! Of course the location was great, convenient for SkyBus, so near to town centre and Salamanca Market & convenient pick up point for Klook day trip transport. No forgetting to mention that there's a mini-gym for simple workout too. Highly recommended!

I like the hotel very much. Perhaps for the toilet, the management may think about adding a bidet spray. Thanks.

It was In a perfect location. The room was very big. The bed was very comfortable. It came with a an amazing bathroom with a good shower. The view from the window was simply incredible! I also had a microwave and fridge and a kettle in my room too. The price was also pretty reasonable for what your getting.

The lighting of the room was sometimes way to dark for me. And 3x times the fire service had to come due to near misses with the appliances in people's rooms

the property was very comfortable, however, I did disagree with the lack of power 🔌 points in the room, old power points with overloaded plugs on the power board, in which I thought would clause a fire with overheating power boards!! also lead lights weren’t so good and didn't give good light in the room, old bedside lamp shades, and no heater in the bathroom. ok for summer but with the cold definitely not good for the winter... because I find leaving the heat pump on all day/night would be more costly. for a better comfortable stay the price you pay for a room. I feel a heater in the bathroom and more light in the room would make the stay worthwhile... apart from that all staff were top class and very helpful.

Bathroom was too small The whole room was too small for three people We were charged $15 for a car park around the corner that was only $6 for an overnight stay We had an emergency evacuation call in the morning which we walked in an orderly manner down the stairwell (which needs to be cleaned) Only to wait outside and didn't get the go ahead from the Hotel front desk to tell us that it was safe to go back to our room. Otherwise people could have been waiting for longer than necessary.

Great room in a top location, just a few blocks from pretty much everything. Rooms were clean and neat and basement parking was the icing.

Four things: 1. Central air-conditioning didn't go as low as I like 2. No light in bedroom just lamps 3. Shower left a lot to be desired ... busted door and small with fluctuations in water quality 4. The buffet breakfast was very basic and several things missing. When anything ran out they werr reluctant to refill.

The Room was great quality for value. Had a microwave, kettle, proper 50inch Samsung tv(not one of those crappy cheap ones you normally find). I didn't spend much time in the room apart from when I was sleeping. I would like to come back and use the room more. Maybe next time.

The shower was a good size, but because it was a walk in, the water got out quite a lot. I only had the one shower, but felt like it got excessively wet on the floor.

Location was brilliant, room was comfortable and clean. Glad we booked the room with the microwave, the others looked very small. No plates etc provided but when we asked they gave us some straight away. Staff were friendly, especially the young lady at breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty with plenty of options. Laundry downstairs (extra charge) was really helpful too.

Extra payment for parking. It was advertised so wasn’t a suprise, I just think it should be included in the stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is quite good, with the harbour and market area just a short walk away. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The fitness centre was clean and well equipped with cardio equipment and weights (dumbbells) and I was also really happy to find that there was a small yoga studio inside the fitness centre.

The bathrooms were quite small, the shower manageable, but almost uncomfortably so for an average sized person. The toilet roll holder was a nightmare with two rolls constantly performing a balancing act, taking turns to fall off during each and every visit to the bathroom. This is something that definitely needs addressing, as although it is a minor issue, it was very frustrating. A set of drawers would have been nice, as apart from a small amount of hanging space there was simply nowhere to unpack your clothes, meaning that for an extended stay you are forced to live out of a suitcase.
