The layout of the property was great. Spacious and bright. The location was awesome, 1.5 blocks (5 min walk) to the main strip and a yummy pizza place on the corner. Walking distance to all the eateries and supermarkets. The staff were extremely helpful. We had a smoke alarm go off for no reason, they had someone there within 10 minutes changed the battery and were gone. Location was quiet, none of the main street noises. Easy to find. Didn't have to drive through Cowes to get there, means we missed all the traffic.

If I had to be picky, maybe a small table on the balcony to go with the chairs, to put my coffee on in the morning. I will say, if you have a wide vehicle, getting in and out of the carport may be tricky. I have an outlander, it was a slow reverse in, mostly due to plumbing pipe on one wall and brick pillar on other side.

Clean, modern, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen.

No aircon or secure ventilation on the ground floor

3 bedroom townhouse but I only needed one. Very surprised to see the other bedrooms weren't locked. The townhouse had almost everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable. Huge ensuite bathroom.

The townhouse didn't have a hair dryer or tissues. The carport was a challenge to get in and out of. The carport had a lot of dirt and leaves at the front door to the townhouse. Obviously hadn't been cleaned for some time.

The location was great in a quiet side street, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, everything! The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen lovely, bright and clean. Free undercover parking.

Overall our stay was lovely. We did note two very minor things, an extra towel rail or hook in the bathroom would have been appreciated as well as more than one teaspoon! Other than that - fantastic!

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We discovered there was no hot water due to the system being broken. This was addressed immediately and we were moved to the next apartment - this service was excellent.

The apartment could do with more crockery other than that could not fault.

It was a beautiful townhouse and very clean. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay.

No aircon downstairs. It was very uncomfortable at night until we worked out how to channel the upstairs aircon to the downstairs bathrooms (and the temp dropped). No wifi.

Nice and clean unit with great facilities. It is near some shops and is located on Settlement Road. Quiet road with plenty of parking.

The google map showed different location from its exact location. Need to drive to everywhere for food. Carpark is only one spot.

The staff was very good. The one bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable . We were close to everything. We would love to came back and stay again

No coat-hangers No information booklet especially if we had an issue who did we contact (No phone numbers) The coffee cups were tiny. Had to buy a decent mug No towels in master bedroom

Clean townhouse, quick check in and out. Early check in request accepted with no extra cost.

No internet at townhouse! The bed mattresses were not comfortable (you can feel the wires of the bed when you sit/sleep on it).
