The staff were friendly and we were offered a 10% discount on our meal at the Bistro. We were also offered a free drink each. The meal at the bistro was fantastic and the kids play area was wonderful. The rooms were clean and bottles of fresh water were supplied in the fridge. The beds were comfortable.

Our initial thoughts were deceiving, as we pulled up we were worried about the area, the sports bar being so close to accommodation etc. However, we were not kept awake by the sports bar, it didn't impact our stay at all. A little bit of road noise however this didn't negatively impact our stay.

The hotel was a perfect location for my purpose, it was close to my family, just up the road. The rooms were great and cleaned, as we only needed them for sleeping, as most of our time was spent with family. The reception lady Julie was amazing, went the extra mile. Thank you Julie for your amazing, beautiful service! Restaurant food was great, we enjoyed our last meal and the service was great! The Pub facilities was good as well, the Bar Manager great service, always had a smile! We enjoyed the pool table as it wasn't a busy pub, so we had a few family competition of games!

Some of us had problems with the ATM machine, it worked for one of my brothers, but not the rest of us, 6. Which was an inconvenient as that meant we had to go to the nearest petrol station. We thought is was odd that it worked for one and we noticed other guests were having the same issues. Sitting outside near the pool table area, as it was a cold night not enough heaters around. Specially coming from QLD I definitely felt the cold hahaha!!

the location was 👌 as we were right across from the market and pub.room size was good and comfy bed.shower head was amazing!

The only thing i didnt like was someone a drunk adult running past banging on the doors.

Comfy beds, wonderful friendly staff, little extras supplied were great, quiet rooms (apart from a bit of traffic noise) Bistro on premises had beautiful meals.

I'm impressed with the modern decor and the cleanliness of the whole accomodation.

One of the bedrooms catches the noise from a busy road. You can really hear the vehicles noise eventhough the room window was closed.

That there was no air fresheners. Very neat and clean. Nice thick curtains. Plenty of pillows & blankets.

Curtain didn't quite meet the edge of wall, so bright light coming in at night (need it very dark). Bedside lamp had no dimmer.

There is no powerpoint behind the bed pillow end I could not set up my sleep apniea machine so had terribul night sleep

The Manger Kevin was really wonderful & knowing it was our wedding night kindly provided wine & chocolates. We felt very welcomed & comfortable. The venue was clean & reasonably priced..10/10

It was clean and tidy

It was a bit scary as people next door u could hear...and it was confusing that door from inside were having issues locking.

The room was very clean which was awsum cause I’m fussy haha. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk was stocked well. The large shower was a treat and very minimal noise from other guests.

Mattress was too soft for my liking although partner loved it. Hotel is very close to traffic and very noisy in the middle of the night.
