After our friendly check in we went up to our apartment which looked comfortable. While my husband was at our car getting our suitcases the baby in next apartment began to cry. We did not want to have a disturbed night (experienced this few years ago at another hotel in Brisbane) so we immediately went to reception & requested another apartment. Although this took longer than we thought, we were offered an upgraded apartment on a different floor which we gratefully accepted. This apartment was very comfortable, more spacious and very quiet.

I'm not sure about big glass window in bedroom that looks out to lounge area. I noticed curtain rod holders at top. Unfortunately shifting apartments took time but it was worth it! I did think Quest hotels may have had 11am check out.

The room was spotless and bed extremely comfortable. The fridge was of the size where we could have large juice bottle and bubbly bottles, which isn't always the case with hotels with very small fridges. Overall, we were impressed for a hotel at this price point.

It was a little noisy. Not too bad, but every 40 minutes or so, something seemed to either be running loudly through pipes or perhaps outside blinds/shutters rattled for a couple of seconds, at moderate noise level. Whatever it was t was outside our window. It didn't disturb our sleep, though.

The apartment we stayed in was very good. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well presented, with good air conditioning and equipment available for use, including oven, diswasher and other facilities were great and very convenient with a good layout. The location allowed for easy walking and driving access to local cafes, attractions, and shops, and the undercover parking and staff were great

Minor problems with casting to tv's and sustainted access to internet. Some noise from the road at night

The bed was very comfortable, room very clean.

There was a connecting door in our room and we could hear people talking next door for awhile when we arrived but later on it was quiet. I don't like connecting rooms unless we have friends or family next to us as it does let the noise in from next door. The shower head in the bathroom could not be adjusted which made it very difficult to have a good shower as it was hitting the shower wall mostly.

We came for a family reunion with a lot of the family staying at Quest and the facilities were great, Rooms was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful, including allowing me to checkin early.

One Elevator so it took a bit of time to get up and down if you couldn't take the stairs/had little children. other than that I can't find anything bad to say about our stay

The rooms are modern and clean with all facilities. Parking is underneath the hotel and easy to get to the rooms by elevator.

The studio room I had booked had a very strong smell of damp when I arrived. I turned the air conditioning unit on to try to dispel the smell but it got stronger. I called the night manager and he decided to move me to an adjoining room with interconnecting doors. The new accommodation was much grander than the one I’d left, so I was very happy with this.

Staff is so nice, friendly and I got good guidance as well. Room was very clean and well maintained. Even staff call in my room if everything is fine or if I need anything, it really gave me good vibes. Hope to stay there next time 😊😊😊😊😊

Everything was perfect, there is nothing negative to say according to me.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely perfect for my family with the separate bedroom for the kids. We were able to use the kitchen for breakfasts and even wash/dry our wet swimming clothes after a trip to the pool! The location was great across the road from Coles and with loads of eating options within walking distance on the main street. The underground onsite parking was great and very secure.

The room was a little tired and my kids' window was locked shut. The carpet was worn and discoloured in places but that didn't really interrupt our stay. Other than that just the location on the main drag meant traffic noise but if you're not sensitive to noise, its fine. Only small negative points for what was an extremely comfortable, enjoyable stay!

Layout of apartment was good. Enough space for 6 adults. Apartment appeared to be very clean.

Water flowing onto the bathroom floor from under the ensuite shower soaked the bath mat. Clasp on the dishwasher powder dispenser was broken so unable to keep the powder in place to wash the dishes.

I have stayed there before and thought it might be a little 'tired' by now but it was still looking as good as new. Very clean, very comfortable and everything at our fingertips. A most relaxing stay. The Quest is in a very convenient location, close to everything you might need. The Manager and staff were very helpful too. I highly recommend it.

Can't think of anything. Everything was good. On the balcony the traffic was quite noisy at times but when the door was closed you couldn't hear anything - must be double glazing. Very effective.
