we only expected to have an average room as it was just a one night stay but because the TV did not work we were upgraded to an apartment which was very nice and roomy. We had a very comfortable stay. It was raining that day and as we had no umbrella, the nice person at reception gave us a hotel one.

We had to walk over very busy roads to restaurants for our breakfast and the shops did not open until after 8am. This was not good as we had early appointments. However, we could have selected some items from reception which would have made it easier.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and modern in appeal. The living area was very spacious and the interior decoration was on point. The rooms were large and the king bed very comfy. The bathrooms were very clean and modern. They provided adequate and very nice shampoo and bathing soaps in the bathrooms. The kitchen was very good and had all the amenities to make you comfortable. There was daily house-keeping which was good. The apartment was a walking distance from High Point Shopping Centre, where we had dining and did some shopping too. Overall, we were very pleased with the apartment as it was very relaxing and welcoming.

This was an awesome place! Wonderful staff that looked after me really well, they made sure I understood everything very clearly, me being Deaf. They were very friendly and welcoming, made me feel safe. The room was fantastic! Very comfortable with good heating, and the bed was perfect! Pillows were perfect too, very plush and thick, exactly what I always look for in accommodation is good pillows and this one had the best. The bathroom was great! Comfortable, good shower, great shower body wash and body lotion which was much needed. Whole place was very super clean! :) Great wifi, great space where I was able to use my laptop close to a powerpoint, and great lighting. Fantastic car park undercover, and the lovely guy when I first arrived, made sure I was able to get my car in first before checking in so that was really good! It meant I did not have to leave my car parked on the side of a very busy road. Thank you for looking after me in that respect too :) And the location is fabulous! Many good eateries around and close to everything. Overall, a great place! Will come back again :)

The rooms were lovely and super spacious and great that there was a washer & dryer in the room and a balcony. The bed was comfy and glad the air con worked perfectly. It was also very quick and secure to get down from the room to the lobby which is a big tick for me.

the actual facilities were very clean and the staff were very accommodating with our request to stay on the same level as our friends.

the cleanliness of the baby equipment we requested left a lot to be desired. The high chair was sticky and the first portacot we were given was broken and the second one had previous dried vomit on the mattress part. We had to pay a fee to use this equipment per day.

The convenience to High Point shipping centre and the modern, clean, spacious rooms.

Although close to the suburbs, not many options for public transport to city for those with walking ailments. The function of the air conditioning was confusing.

Was quiet and suited our needs

Housekeeping was very poor. Didnt expect any service on Christmas Day, but they failed to come in on other days. Had to ring Reception for clean towels who I might add were excellent

As the hotel only has couple rooms and more, as a single traveller the price did not adjust in any way when booking a room even when selecting the one person option.

had a difficult time trying to connect TV to smartphone since the TVs were not named to their room number. There were 10 identical TV connections we had to trial and error before getting to the correct one.
