Location, clean & comfortable

Hotel Internet was unusable, totally unusable to a solo person trying to work. Firstly it’s only available as an unsecured access, no password needed, in this day & age of scams we all should be more responsible. Secondly the bandwidth available was crap, and even using a phone as a hotspot there is only 2 bars available (Telstra network). It’s 2024 and this establishment is clearly targeting the corporate market, wake up & give customers what they need to function in this day & age… just build it into the room price, the customers just want the basics to work…

We were in Williamstown for an event held nearby, and the Punthill apartments ticked all the boxes. Awesome welcome on our very prompt and thorough check-in, thanks to Kate and Vikki. Clean, bright, spacious room consisting of a lounge, dining, kitchen area, as well as the bedroom, which I requested as 2 single beds. Room had ample space to move past both beds without restriction. I was very surprised to find the washing machine and dryer in the cupboard. A full kitchen that offered cook top, sink, and all required amenities for a longer stay. The outdoor balcony offered city views as well. Big plus was the affordable nightly rates. The fact the apartments are surrounded by a huge variety of eateries is also a massive bonus. When travelling to Melbourne next, Punthill Williamstown will definitely have my business. Thank you for an excellent stay.

The location was perfect. Lots of local restaurants/takeaways as well as other stores, with a Coles around the corner and chemist nearby too. The apartment was just right for our needs as a family of 4 with 2 young boys, 4 & 9 years old. The parking underneath (at a cost) was worth it for security and convenience.

We did find a few little things/crumbies under furniture, tennis ball under the couch and a Dorito under one single bed. But otherwise everything appeared very clean.

Washing machine and driers worked well.

Would have appreciated the details of how to gain access to hte premises before hand as we arrived to find the front door locked and no one at reception. But once we found the number to call and understood the system, it went smoothly.

The location of this complex was excellent. Close to the water, restaurants, and retail strip. Underground carpark was spacious and had easy access. We were pleasantly surprised with an unexpected upgrade. The apartment was well presented, clean, and very comfortable. A small welcome note from the staff was just another little welcoming touch. Staff were polite and made sure we had everything we needed. We'll definitely go back to Punt Hill Williamstown.

We found everything to our liking. No real negatives for us.

Location, location, location, all the shops were within walking distance, the 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in was very, very spacious, it was clean, smelled a little musty when we got there but the aircon quickly cleared that up. We were there for a family function and it was great to be close to where it was being held and have our own space.

There really wasn't anything that was a problem, although the apartment we had was very spacious it was a little dark, however we spent most of out time out and about.

I was disappointed at the request for parking fees when I arrived. I had stayed there on quite a few times visiting family and never had to pay for parking. Yes it was advised deep in Booking . Com site, where parking was mentioned but not that it was at cost. I have really enjoyed staying there, but with the rise in so many things now, mainly for us fuel etc, I will have to compare other venues as I am always on a budget these days unfortunately. I just fail to understand why the venue with that great big car park now requires fees.

Great location and easy to get to from Geelong, we came for a wedding and the reception was at the Hobsons Bay Yacht Club, so it was perfect and we could walk there in a couple of minutes Also property is so central and in the middle of a lot of my favourite shops

If anything I would have liked a bedroom that was a little bigger and more time to stay there

Location was excellent.

The air conditioner was noisy. High pitch whine. I bit pocky as there was not a lot of space to place cases/boxes etc. I think in summertime it could be noisy as our room was located near the public spa area. But for our stay noise was not as issue.

Friendly hotel in a great location. Spacious rooms with plenty of storage and all the essentials. Great view from the roof, the hot tub was a plus.

A few things in the room could have been improved. The toilet ran continuously, the sink sprayed water every time it turned on, the cleaning was pretty good but could have been better. The hot tub closes very early on the weekends. Expensive for what you get.
