Loddy smell too strong

Super clean & orderly. The staff were polite, courteous and thoughtful. Location so close to Melbourne Central- can’t get any better! The proactive helpfulness of reception. Booking.com stuffed up by over-charging deposit supposedly on behalf of Platinum, but not so. Receptionist put effort into finding local number, explaining, apologizing- and the time patient and professional. Much appreciated

The smart storage is too good at hiding some items- had to ask receptionist because items weren’t marked! No compendium wasn’t helpful…I understand this place is more for students to rent long-term than for holiday seeking hotel-experience…

Smoke alarms had been removed and lamp in single bed room was broken.

Great location- very close to tram stops, CBD shopping, and within short travelling distance of Southern Cross station for the Sky Bus. Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with amazing views of the city, though a little on the small side. Very convenient having all kitchen amenities and laundry facilities in the apartment (although it would have been nice to have more cutlery and glasses)

I tried a number of times to contact staff to ask for a kettle as I couldn't find one in my apartment, and there were some cupboards I couldn't open, but my calls went unanswered. Eventually I had to go down to reception to ask for a kettle. Staff informed me that some of the kitchen cupboards could sometimes get stuck shut and required prying open with a knife (annoyingly the cupboard in question in my apartment was the one that housed the kettle and toaster, so that solved that mystery). Regular maintenance could avoid this

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit sceptical about our stay but it exceeded all of our expectations. The accommodation was very clean with a well stocked kitchen in regards to crockery and utensils and the heater worked very well. It was in a fantastic location with a good view, close to public transport, restaurants and shops.

One lift didn’t work for 4 days during our 6 day stay, so there was always a bit of a wait each time to use it. It’s not really a serviced apartment, the bin in the room didn’t get emptied during our 6 day stay so was full after 3 days and we had to use the same linen and towels the whole stay. Would have liked an egg flip for cooking and when booking and before arriving we made several requests for a room with a great view as high up as possible but only got a room on the 12th floor, when the building has approx. 46 levels, so the view didn’t look anything like the photos and there was no view from the bedroom.

I hated how the dishwasher was constantly beeping and I could not turn it off. Even when you turn off the master switch, it keeps on beeping.

Great Location, close to transport and the heart of the city. Hosts were very helpful, and friendly. easy to contact Host. Apartment was modern, clean, and the bed was super comfy. On check out reception stored our bags for the day until it was time for us to make our way to the airport.

No Toaster in the kitchen. although I'm sure the hosts would have supplied us with one if we had asked.

Great location, good sized apartment and friendly staff. We arrived early straight off a Disney Cruise and the staff were so accommodating to us with an early check in because our apartment was ready - we were so thankful for that!

It could’ve been a bit cleaner.

The building was accessible. Perfect location for a city getaway. Staff were friendly and efficient. Not a single issue. Easy to contact them via phone. Parking is available a short walk from the building and very reasonably priced. Easy checkout. View from apartment is as amazing as the photos! Bond returned in a timely manner. Some reviews said something about a smell but I didn't notice anything at all. The apartment and building was clean.

The location was excellent.

The room wasn't serviced during my seven night stay. I needed to ask for my bin to be emptied and more toiletries. They could do with more tea and coffee provided. Where the shower screen meets the floor needed cleaning.
