Clean and easy to get to. We do love coming here

We asked for the Gaming or Cars room and got Jungle. I doubt anyone ever asks for Jungle and it was ok but disappointing that we booked so far in advance. The pool continued to have no towels everytime we went down there and kept having to ask for some to be bought down. The bed was so wobbly that any movement I woke instantly so exhausted by the end of 3 nights. Would have expected more from $1400 but we had a nice time

-The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Special thanks to Maria who welcomed us warmly and provided advice on transportation within the city. - I wrote to the hotel two days before my trip with questions and got a response from Kayah within minutes. - The twin studio room was very clean. - The property is located close to transport (train, tram bus) and restaurants.

- There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom/toilet. We had to keep the bathroom exhaust fun running whenever we were in the room. - We were on the second floor and the view of the city was blocked by a building. - The toilets located near the dining area were not clean.

The Restaurant was good value and good food,both breakfast and dinner$20 for a full buffet breakfast,you don't get that anywhere well you do at Pegasus Apartments. The room was a good size and once again value for money,the apartments are in a good position,its not a hassle to get anywhere from there,the pool and gym on level 1 the list goes on and above all the kind and friendly helpful staff at reception are a credit to this place,I personally cannot speak any higher of this place love it,this was second stay and should I venture to Melbourne again,this is where I'm staying.

I think a flip folder telling about restaurant, laundry pool. Would have been very useful rather than stumbling across things. Even in flip folder reception number would have Been useful. Restaurant menu and opening times could have also bern in file. We didn’t dine in as neither of us are pasta lovers and from what we saw briefly a lot of the dinners were pasta based. Had the restaurant served fish and salad we would have eaten there daily. In no way should this be taken as negative eater constructive criticism to make a great place to stay even better. Each room could have information about the free tram location.

Great location within walking distance to Chinatown and Melbourne CBD shopping and food district. Loved how close it was to Woolworths Metro so we could easily pick up anything we needed. Excellent pool, spa and gym facilities. Love how they provided towels in those facilities. Housekeeping did not miss our room even for a day despite us leaving up the do not disturb sign till late morning everyday as we enjoy having slow mornings.

Unable to book a parking spot in advance to guarantee parking. We decided not to risk so we reserved and paid for long term Wilson Parking across the road. The pool area ran out of towels during the holiday period.

The location was great, it was close to the city and the QV markets. It was very easy to find the hotel on the street. The staff there were absolutely lovely. This has been the most comfortable bed and pillow combo I've ever had at a hotel. We also got upgraded to the deluxe queen room so it was super spacious. The blinds also shut out all the light.

The noises from the street could be very disturbing over night and early hours of the morning. The shower would let out a screech when it was turned up too high which was a little annoying. During our stay, we got a fresh towel that had some suspicious looking stains on it. However, these were very minor things.

This hotel is in a great location with access to tram and bus stops nearby and 2 blocks from Southern Cross station. The Queen Victoria markets are 5 minutes walk away and there are cafes and restaurants all around. It's a 10 minute walk to Myer and shops. The hotel has a restaurant and a fantastic pool and spa as well as a gym. The rooms are spacious and bath room items are provided, they don't skimp on anything, even providing toothbrush and toothpaste. Rooms are restocked daily and tidied. If you need a proper room service there is a charge. I would highly recommend this hotel, very good value for money.

Loved having the separate study to work in! The couches were also really comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and attentive - Tom especially - he greeted us with a "cheeky professionalism" that is quite an art in hospitality - down to earth, fun and friendly, made us feel right at home! Location is awesome as well - very accessible and central to everything. Fantastic value for money, and the warm pool and spa area were a great way to unwind after a busy day.

The only thing i could critique is the kitchen space - but that's me being very picky. As far as hotel kitchenette's go, it's actually pretty darn good! I just had to do alot of cooking, so space was at a premium!

The reception staff were amazing, super friendly and very helpful (even pretty funny). The location is perfect, close to Vic Markets and 10 min walk to Southern Cross for trains and SkyBus. The foyer is beautiful and pool and gym is great. Amenities in the room were good with a comfortable bed.

The breakfast was OK. The buffet wasn't overly fresh, the pineapple juice had started fizzing (fermented). Great standard buffet choice, just lacked freshness. Cleaning of the pool area was not cleaned from the night before. I swim early mornings and noticed shoes, earrings, and dirty towels and wristbands left around the pool from the night before. Just of thought when the pool was opened that morning, it would of been at least tidied up.

Dirty walls in bathroom and hallways upon entry.. toaster dirty .. found the hairdryer after 2 nights in the kitchen which was unusual .. being charged for washing no washing machines or dryer .. cups dirty . Spa was cold and only 2 jets working .. one bubbling aggressively and not fully working so not very relaxing .. but was very hot-the next day .. also dirty bandaid floating in pool and old pool noodles that where broken and falling apart to use for the children .. change rooms smelt of urine . No smoking or seating areas for adults to relax and have a drink after dinner.. heat pump wouldn’t work properly and was also dirty inside
