Easy check in, staff message our check in code and made sure I was checked in fine, before leaving the reception. Great location, off the main highway. Room had everything I needed for a one night stay. Big bathroom.

Would have loved some tissues provided. Tight turns for larger cars to park, but great being able to park right outside the room.

Fitted coloured sheets, colourful doonas made it more like a home than a motel. The price was brilliant! The beds were very comfortable. Even though the rooms were a bit tired looking they were clean.

The parking was a bit awkward. A little bit noisy but not really the fault of the motel.

Great location. Clean and tidy. Fantastic value for money. Even though you work with an online person for check, it was simple and prompt. The person was courteous, spoke clearly. Check out was just a matter of tidying the room, leaving the door ajar and going!

It was a perfect place for our 1 night travelling through Warrnambool. The communication from the manager was great and she even went out her way to call to make sure everything was okay. The pin code entry was good also and my children loved the amount of power outlets for their devices.

The exterior of the building looks a bit rough although on a positive once you enter it shows the opposite.

I really liked the room key code & internet access was sent to my phone as a text, saved time checking in. The room was clean, had good heating & the bed was comfortable. Good value for the price. I was in room 6 & there were people in the rooms either side & I wasn't disturbed ambient noise, was happy with that.

The double bed is broken but I didn’t need it because I’m travelling solo. So probably get it fixed for the next person.

It was just a nice size, for the purpose we needed, and that was just to sleep after a busy day after a long road trip and exploring.

Just for me personally, the pillows were too soft... but like I said, that's just for me.

Bed was very comfy but to low to the floor Hard for a old guy like me

Liked the tidy, cozy setup with all basic amenities specified in place.

The bathroom had an exhaust window that couldn't be closed completely. It used to feel very cold and we smelt cigarette smoke most of the times we entered the bathroom. Would be nice if something can be done about that.

The room was clean & welcoming with information that covered everything from the television to the air conditioning.

There was nothing I didn't like, everything was to my liking & I got what I paid for.
