Location. Cleanliness. Good shower and toiletries. Interesting view from the small balcony. Apart from the couple next door having a blazing row one night it was very peaceful at night.

The room size I suspect is exaggerated. We knew we were booking a studio but there is absolutely no way the room and balcony was 30 square metres. If we had known the real size at the time of booking we would probably have booked the more expensive apartment with a separate bedroom or booked somewhere else. I would be interested to know how you can claim the room and balcony is the size stated

Conveniently located at the edge of the cbd cafe strip but an easy walk to all that Freo has to offer- Rotto ferry, beach, historic sites, cafes, galleries. Clean, very comfortable and relatively spacious room with everything you would need. The room was serviced daily which was a nice surprise. Only downside is the parking option is not onsite ( Wilson parking at ferry terminal) but soon realised all Freo parking seems to be tricky ( metered parking to midnight!)

The property is a converted warehouse therefore the apartments on one side of the building have a closed courtyard outlook. Next time I would try to book a balcony or external room. A personal preference issue only, everything else was great.

The apartment was everything we wanted for a fortnights stay. The May weather was perfect for opening windows and enjoying fresh air. The location, close to good shopping and the station, made it a great setting off point.

Directly opposite is the gin distiliary which is an elegant night spot that closes at midnight most nights. At the weekend the noise levels can be very high....even with the windows closed! .The apartment was one set up for the disabled (required)....really only suitable for the hard of hearing. Such a pity as both businesses are doing what they do best but are totally incompatible.

Even although I had booked (or thought I had) a twin room, we had a king-sized bed, but in all honesty the staff were so lovely, we had a good laugh about it. The location was just perfect. The room was great, and the bed was very comfy. BUT...the best thing by far was the receptionist "Nightingale" You should be so proud of having her as a member of staff. She went above and beyond, when I arrived a stressed and frazzled mess from Albany. Helped me with my parking woes. She is a wee gem and such a beautiful human. I even got to give her a hug. Please tell her Janice/Flossy (nurse/midwife) says hello.

The morning of checkout the hot water didn't work the staff was kind enough to extend to a later checkout time but I was also hungry and needed breakfast. The tech arrived to solve the hot water issue but it wasn't fixed by the time I ran out of time and needed to take a very quick cold shower as I had a long day ahead and a long flight later that day. The staff member says the tech just left moments saying it's all fixed but I missed on needing a hoot shower for my leg back. It was just one of those things that happen sometimes... I was very much looking forward to that hot shower. Maybe next time.

The Quest is located close to the station, the port, the many local restaurants and bars of Freo. As well as ideally situated for local beaches ( a 5 min walk to Bathers beach, a 35 min walk to South beach. Or a short 10 min train and a 5 min bus ride to Cottesloe beach). All staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 5th floor studio room with a small balcony. Which had pleasant views over the rooftops of local buildings.

The studio room was small, with only 1 chair and a foot stool to sit on. The 2 electric rings didn’t appear to work (no instructions) . The balcony is very small (but accessible). Likewise, the fitness room is functional but small. With no provision to sanitise (asked reception on first time of using facility, for spray/wipes) but not provided) the limited range of CV equipment and the multi gym. etc.

Great location, just a short walk from Fremantle Station and situated in a quiet area as well. It was close to everything we wanted to see like Fremantle Prison, the Maritime Museum, or hitting the ferry to head to Rottnest Island. Even just walking around the block, the architecture is beautiful. Plus, the front desk and cleaning staff were very sweet and friendly; and each time we came back from an outing everyday, the rooms were always immaculate. There were adequate ammenities in the room as well like a small kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop, kitchenware, so we could even cook small meals during our stay. I'd stay there again if I come back to Freo!

We booked a room with two single beds but when we arrived, the bed was joined together to make a double. It was a little bit confusing, until we found out we just had to unzip them, but I felt bad because we'd made such a mess with the bed sheets, and the beds were a little bit small. Despite that, I still slept very soundly every night so that wasn't a huge factor at all.

The location. Very convenient and a quick walk to shops, restaurants, the foreshore area where we watched the sun set and Victoria Quay where we had our hire car parked and left on our Rottnest Island day trip.

If you prefer no street noise etc request a room on the opposite side of the building to the park. It was noisy at times with people in the park and walking along the path as well as the odd train going thru at random times.

The location of this property is ideal for sightseeing in Fremantle - close to restaurants/cafes, nightlife, market, beaches, etc. The room was spacious, clean, blockout curtains, and even though our room was facing the street, it was still quiet. Air con worked well, bed was comfy, kitchenette was well equipped although we didn't use it. Would highly recommend.

The bathroom vanity was a bit small, but wasn't really an issue for 2 nights. No onsite parking, but plenty of options nearby, also not an issue for us.

The location of the property is perfect! Short walk to the train station and all the attractions of Fremantle. We couldn’t fault the staff, they were fantastic . We were travelling with a large family group to attend a couple of functions and the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were well catered for. Early check-ins were provided where possible & when this was not possible they kept us constantly updated as to when the room would be available.

We were very happy with all aspects of the property
