I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, staff were very friendly. Room service was quick and the food was perfect. I really enjoyed the layout of the rooms and the interior design. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows to accommodate many different preferences. Love that the cleaning of the rooms are optional during your stay which creates a more environmentally friendly stay with a feel good experience.

Some mould found on the floor against the glass between the shower and the toilet, on the toilet side. Price was slightly too high for the services given and would have liked a little more out of the price, maybe even just complimentary bottled water instead of having to pay for basic needs such as water when in the rooms, but otherwise it was a great experience. :)

The bed was firm and comfortable this is most important to us. Room size was adequate and well equiped for our needs. We didnt have a view but on this occasion that was not a priority. Easy access to lift for convenience.

Whilst we enjoyed our stay, breakfast in the Lobby Lounge was a disappointment. Having to enquire on 2 occasions when our meal was to arrive we were told a docket had gone missing resulting in our order being left behind. When it did eventually got presented we then had to sit and wait for the cutlery to be delivered resulting in a lukewarm meal.

Was very disappointed when my son Kane was refused entry to the casino, and it was his birthday, as a family we went to the Melbourne Cup at Ascot Races where Kane only had 3 drinks after being refused entry he went to another e Terence and asked to speak to the Supervisor who agreed that cKane was not intoxicated, and allowed him into the casino. This really spoilt what was a great day out, after travelling from Bunbury to celebrate Kane’s birthday. So sad that he was judged considering how many people inside the casino could hardly stand up. Very unhappy customer.

Got upgraded to Metropole so the bedroom facilities etc were better than where I was going to stay. Bedroom was great so were the facilities i used so worth it.

Parking was horrible having to walk through the casino every day to get to the car park and feeling like you are a criminal when security see you are carrying a brief case because I was there to work!! Take that away the stay would have been top notch. The feeling I got by being talked down to by security every day in and out was horrible and would have thought that seeing this is the only area to park they would have a designated walk way to and from the hotel so this didn't have to happen.

I was upgraded to the Metropol. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The girl that checked me in freindly and professional

My only minor comment is that the atrium is immediately outside the door, music is piped through out and is a little bit of a thoroughfare for revelers from the casino. While the noise is not overly intrusive, it's there. The music is thankfully turned off about 10pm. The bed was a shade soft for my liking but probably just right for Goldilocks

The breakfast was super amazing. Very welcoming and friendly staffs. Very comfy bed. Restaurant staffs very friendly. Reception staffs super amazing. Literally, I was happy.

However, the heater wasn't working properly, I kept calling maintenance twice everyday. I would have extended my stay were it not for the air-conditioning. The people coming to stock mini bars were sometimes unprofessional. Knocking the door so hard and not waiting for response waiting to enter. You got to wait for response before you swipe in to enter men. I will still book again in future.

Everything was great on this and previous stays. I arrived early 9.00am and they were able to accommodate me with early check in and no additional cost which I dont think I have ever received before at other hotels I have stayed at. Room was comfortable and clean and bed was very comfortable.

The shower and bath arrangements is not great. This hotel is an older hotel with the small bath and shower with a glass screen along the bath. This was very cramped and made showering not as enjoyable as it could be. When this hotel eventually receives an update they should remove the bath and just have a shower recess with a large overhead faucet. The bath is too small for most adults so not really practical.

This was my first time visiting the Crown - my partner and I had a StayCay and celebrated our 9 year relationship, alongside reaching the lock up stage of our house. The location and sense of privacy was amazing, and I feel very intrigued to return and experience more of the Crown in the future Exploring the hotel with my partner was my favourite part, and I can’t wait to come back. Annette at Crown Rewards Reception (inside casino 30/5/2023) was sooooooo sweet and helpful! She helped me understand how the rewards system worked ☺️ Thanks Annette

- Expected king bed, but got 2 twin beds (we couldnt be bothered correcting and didnt mind in the end) - $20 for a small cheesecake that is the size of a tennis ball left me a little financially shocked lol, photos would be amazing to help gauge what we are paying for - overall I expected slightly over-prices hotel food but the cheese cake got me like 👀 - no open windows and ventilation made me feel a little stuffy and claustrophobic - I wish my welcome to my first ever stay at the promenade felt a little more personal, or welcoming (specifically for it being my first stay)

The staff were all amazing. They made you feel like a millionaire. Greeted with respect and kindness. The room was amazing, we didn't have to ask for more of this or that because the room was already sufficiently stocked and clean. The breakfast was by far the best we have had our entire trip to Perth. The room service menu was so good we had it for dinner. Next time we will pre book the restaurant. Definitely a big must stay place

Nothing there to dislike except it wasn't long enough.

The room was great, spacious for one person considering I got only 1 small luggage, but with 2 person 2 big luggage, might be a bit squashy. I like the TV can swivel around to face the sofa and working desk so that you can watch the TV at any angle. Bed are super comfy and loved their king size long pillow. Room service is excellent as it's really fast, took them 15 minutes to deliver 3 dish dinner. Room service menu are the same as in the restaurant downstairs (Market & Co) but without the long wait or snobby restaurant staff.

Didn't like the shower over the bath, so outdated and inconvenient. Restaurant Market & Co staff are not friendly and not willing to help. Duvet is super comfy but will be hot if you are a hot sleeper at night. Location is in the casino complex, not walking distance to the city. Great if you just like to enjoy the facility within the hotel grounds. Breakfast is low quality compared to some other restaurants (similar price) I stayed in the city area
