All of the staff except one at check in were really helpful and offered great customer service. They made everything easy for us and were great at their jobs.

Upon check in, the person working did not want to assist with our checkin for an extra night that had already been prebooked, insisting he could not see it and that there was not one. We were told we would need to wait until the morning for it to be resolved. This caused stress to us believing the accommodation was not available as he proceeded to tell us that you were fully booked. In the morning, when we went to reception to resolve the issue, the morning team advised that there was no issue. The booking was there and we could get on with having a great break

Comfortable room for a few days - bed very comfortable and pleasant shower. Kettle and mugs provided. Decent breakfast spread, ok the same every day, offering hot and cold dishes Location right on the Terrace, with bus stops close by (and within the FTZ), Swan river only a short walk away.

Room isn't the largest, and only a small side desk, so not really viable to work in the room for any great amount. Hence I'd say ideal for a few nights - after a week I needed a larger room.

Expectations were exceeded! The value of this property was amazing for the affordable price. The bed was so comfortable, the rooms were clean, well designed and modern with added extra touches spread throughout the room like many hooks for bags & clothes, enough storage for 2 people, full length mirror with ironing board hidden behind, large sized hand wash, face wash, soap and shampoo provided for use during stay, strong aircon, Chrome-cast was a great added touch as-well was able to connect my phone to the tv and watch all my favourite shows, complimentary slice of cake was also an added bonus!! And staff were very helpful throughout stay. Would definitely recommend!

Would’ve loved a window for some fresh air and the view wasn’t the best but only small complaints as we had a very comfortable stay.

The room at ibis Styles East Perth was new and well furnished. The bad is very big and cozy and blind can make dark the room vert well. The shower is big and well accessorized with body soap and shampoo. No conditioner and body lotion is included. The staff is great, smiling and happy to help you out. The Hotel is loceted at the end of East Perth, 15-20 mins walk from the CBD and the Elisabeth Quay bus station. All the buses going to the CBD are free (every 5 mins during working days).

The breakfast is rich but still the same everyday. Poor fresh fruits, 1 kind of cheese (in slices), ham and salami. No fresh veetables are available only can beams and roasted tomatoes. I had dinner once, and the burger was cold and poor

I arrived at 2:30am and checkout was set for 11am. Although the gentleman was kind enough to grant my request for me to check out a 12noon due to arriving late with limited time. As basic customer services goes.... it does not cost anything for a SMILE or friendly, cheerful. The Night Auditor nor morning staff we friendly at all nor smiled at all. No open ended questions regarding, how was your trip, etc when checking in... there was so much silence that i had to ask... "is everything ok?

Location was just around the corner from the training facility which was just walking distance. The room was clean and tidy and served the purpose of my stay. Will recommend to coworkers for any upcoming training or conferences.

The room was a little smaller than expected but it was comfortable for a solo business trip. Could have done with some larger bins in the hallways for excessive rubbish. The bar fridge was quite tiny and did not have a freezer compartment.

Breakfast was really good, times flexible to suit. Good selection of hot and cold food, unlimited amounts, staff were polite efficient and friendly. Hotel is a 20-25 minute walk from the centre of Perth but the Free buses that go around are frequent and easy to use. The hotel generally was very good, good rooms excellent ensuite. we felt safe and comfortable at all times. If we go to Perth again I am sure I will be looking to use them again. All in an excellent stay for 8 nights before coming home to the UK

THE LOCATION, STAFF, CLEANLINESS!

The location is about a 15 min walk from the CBD but only a 2 min walk to the banks of the beautiful Swan River. The room was very neat and tidy and quite modern. The bed was comfy and the tv had access to streaming services which is a huge plus for me when I'm travelling for work. Nothing better than after a long day working away, sitting down and catching up with your shows and movies that you normally do at home.

The restaurant staff where not the best and need some training. The food was ok but a bit on the pricey side and probably not worth the amount they charged. There was a few restaurants that are close by that do better food for a lot cheaper price.

Breakfast was okay, plenty of options. The food from the restaurant was below par - salad which was sold as a main was basically half an avocado, a couple of salad leaves and a few pieces of jackfruit. Not enough for a main course for $23. Rooms were well proportioned, clean and comfortable. Location okay but not many options for food around, especially at the weekend as most cafes were closed.

Exercise mats in the gym would have enhanced gym experience. Stretching or doing exercises on hard wooden floor not very comfortable.
