Handily placed for Central Perth and attractions.

The gentleman that was on reception on our arrival was less than welcoming.

Kitchen was good and the pricing was really great value for money. I travel with a young family so being able to do washing and drying was a big bonus for us.

Key to lock the balcony, we have a 3 year old son that is very eager to explore and we felt a little uneasy about him being able to go out onto the balcony when ever he wanted. Lastly our Car got broken into last night in the car park with some significant things stolen. WE can't blame you guys for it, but it still put a dampener on the stay. I can guarentee it was one of the roaming homeless people.

The bed was reasonably comfortable, although I wasnt really happy with the choice of pillows. There was ample room for 2 guests but I would not like to have the full 5 that the accommodation is supposed to cater for.

The sofa wasn't that comfortable. A few things were a little dated. Not a great choice of parking.

Open spacious apartment. Balcony. Beds comfortable. Clean facilities.

Shower head needs cleaning as it was mineralised inside but that would be simple to do. Perhaps more tea and coffee for 4 people. Very tight parking spots.

It is definitely value for money considering the location and a fully equipped apartment. Other than the night couldn't find a parking space, the stay is generally good.

There are only 2 lifts serving the apartment and when one lift breaks down, the wait can be eternal. Also, I think the Management can be a bit flexible in giving late check-out up to 2 hours on request. Every hour of late check-out is charged AUD15.

Friendly staff and great location

The swimming pool was unavailable to use, but nothing to advise us prior to stay. We chose the location based on the indoor pool.

The location is amazing.

The parking height limit was only 2.1m. If you own a 4wd with a roof rack you won't fit under. Would of been nice to know this before booking. Parked vehicle on street parking which is undesirable as there is ALOT of homeless trying to access vehicles. Seen this happening 1st hand.

Great location as we were attending the footy so could walk. Bed was very comfy and reasonably priced for what was received car park is a bit tight if you have a bigger car but not terrible.

Apartment air cons filters need a clean and a little tired could do with a little refresh. Apartment also a kitchen type smell but open the door and windows to air and it was OK. not terrible but noticeable.

Easy check in. Good facilities. Excellent location

Large bed mattress seemed to have a hump in centre, felt I was going to slide out. Some mugs instead of tiny cups would be great.

good/bad - fire alarm went off about 4:30 am first morning, and one of our swipe cars didn't work to get back into the room, contacted staff and was fix ASAP
