Nesuto Mounts Bay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to King's park, Elizabeth Quay, and the city center. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The apartment was well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. I stayed at Nesuto apartments for three months and it was a very enjoyable stay.

The internet connection very unstable. I had online meetings and delivered online lectures very often and the bad internet connection didn't help. The bench in the gym was not good because it moved a lot when using it.

Serviced apartment reasonably spacious with a balcony, self contained laundry and kitchen in addition to a good sized bedroom, bathroom and living area. Although there is a view of the motorway, the a-art ent is nestled in amongst other buildings which seems to keep traffic noise less than what one would normally expect. The living area has a large blank wall which is useful for practicing PowerPoint projections on. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. There is a split system air-conditioner which works effectively in the bedroom. The on-premises restaurant offers a great breakfast with a good range (including cooked options). There’s a small pool and tennis court for guests. On-site, undercover secure access parking is available. The complex has 24/7 access with secure card access to the lifts. It’s not too far to walk to Kings Park and it’s magnificent Botanic Gardens with some of the finest lawns anywhere in the world. The city centre is about a 20-30 minute walk away. Ubers seem to get quite quickly to this address.

The motorway noise is noticeable early morning. The curtains do not block out the morning sunshine very well. The desk in the living area is very small for anything more than a laptop and lacks adequate lighting. It seemed to be quite a long walk to a supermarket, but this is more of a shortcoming of poor planning of Perth than the property itself. Everywhere in Perth seems a long way away unless you’re driving or able to cycle. The split system air conditioning was only in the main bedroom and I suspect it might struggle with really hot days.

Location was very good. Rooms were big and we had a great view. Was close to Kings Park and walkable into the city. Facilities were very clean and tea, coffee and milk etc were kept up. Swimming pool was good too. Buffet breakfast was amazing and very reasonably priced.

Only thing we felt that let the stay down was the poor channel choice on the tv. We ended up buying an HDMI cable to run our computer through the tv.

A Warm welcome from Evan upon arrival. The room was immaculate. Excellent bed and sheets. Bathroom is big with a very good shower over bath. The furniture and kitchen areas are well maintained and spotless. Once closed up, the room is quiet with the city traffic not being heard. Excellent space for a family or couple wanting to stay for five nights or more. Walking distance to restaurants and bars across the bridge. Great calm space after being in the city all day.

Nothing. The only thing we didn’t like is only being able to stay one night. We would like to spend more nights at this accomodation.

Nice and friendly staff. Clean and spacious apartment. Good sized kitchen if you want to cook your own meals, full size washing machine and dryer which is very convenient to have. Decent pillows, great hot water pressure. Lighting in the rooms was excellent. Separate bedroom with air-conditioner and balcony. Good sized TV, free wifi and free parking onsite. We were in Perth for an early appointment so did not get to try the restaurant for breakfast. Perfect location for where we needed to go. Will book again in the future.

Could hear the lift as our room was next door but nothing else to complain about.

Location and facilities were great. Secure carparking was also very good. There is plenty of space within the apartment. Breakfast in the restaurant was good value.

Despite requesting a quiet room, we were allocated room 301. This room was very noisy in the bedrooms due to being approximately 20 metres from the freeway. Set top box wasn't working, so unable to watch live TV.

We really like the location, walking distance to Elizabeth Quay station, and CBD. There are free buses to the city that stop outside. The room we were in during our stay was clean and had everything you need. The bed was firm yet comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights. As it was my husband's birthday, we were surprised to receive a bottle of red wine upon arrival. It was a nice gesture and we felt welcome. Happy to come back when we visit Perth again!

The TV is kind of old. In need of an upgrade to Smart TV and cable network.

The breakfast was excellent value for money, but you need to update your website, it does not say that it is a buffet for $25, it breaks it all down on your website as being different meal options. All I wanted was a nice coffee, but that was not an option. That said the coffee was great and the lady on service was happy, positive and helpful 😊

The meatlovers pizza was terrible 😣, the oven and the microwave were not up to scratch at all. The oven had been recently cleaned with oven cleaner and it stunk our apartment out.
