The hotel is in a great location in relation to our office in Perth, so that worked well for me. The room was comfortable and had pretty much all the facilities I require when I am travelling.

It was difficult for me to see what was on the In-Room Dining menu as the code for scanning in my room took me to the incorrect internet page. Thankfully Reception had the correct code that I could use. But no option for in-room dining for breakfast which was disappointing - I didn't have time for a buffet breakfast as I had meetings from 7.00am that I was doing from my room - a room service breakfast would have been ideal. Ended up having to get Uber Eats. Also, the drain from the shower doesn't really work well with where you need to place the bath mat.

Lovely spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Love the large walk-in showers! Easy to find. Lucky enough to be on the 15th floor - very quiet, no noise at all. Staff were friendly. Secure location having to swipe card to get into the foyer after hours. A quick walk up the lane to Murray St to find restaurants and bars to enjoy.

Number of staff behind the counter but only one appeared to be checking customers in so had to wait for a while as the customers at the counter were having issues with their credit card for deposit. Other staff could have at least acknowledged the waiting customers. Be nice to have express check out also.

Great location, friendly staff and a very quiet hotel. Everything feels very new, the bed is extremely comfortable, and we only heard minor street noise when a large vehicle/truck was parked outside. We enjoyed being within walking distance to our destinations, and parking the car at Raine Square was easy, as was validating the ticket the next morning.

The air conditioning unit in our room was not as cool as we expected, in fact the hallway was much cooler than the room itself and the weather being warm, it would have been nicer if it was a little more effective. It wasn't uncomfortable enough to warrant speaking to staff, but I'm sure if we had been staying longer and mentioned it, the issue would have been resolved quickly. Not a major problem for us.

Location central to most things. About a 500 metre walk to railway station but easily manageable. Extremely comfortable bed. Spacious room. Well appointed bathroom.

Breakfast was ok although while the quality of food was very good the choices of food for a full breakfast for $30 was limited. For example when we were there the only hot food choices were bacon, scrambled eggs and hash browns. For the money I expected such choices as sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans in addition to what was offered. Still there was plenty of food although not the variety.

Million thanks to the hotel housekeeping team who honestly retrieved our lost wallet where i forgetfully left in the room. Complinents to the reception lady who offered helps and allows us to share our appreciation to the room attendant. Impressive hotel service team who made our 5 days stays perfect !! Excellence hotel location within CBD and easy walking access for buses & train. Hotel uniquely cater Nespresso capsule coffee with pkt of fresh milk in the room which we enjoyed every morning. Room also come with water boiler, iron board & hair dryer as well.

Our triple sharing room was given a sofa bed instead of extra bed. The sofa bed was too soft with thin cushion, not comfy for median size adult. No free bottle water and room slippers provided.

Very nice room, parking for our hire car safe on the street at the front between 6 pm and 8 am every day. Pleasant staff and good value for a busy city. Short walk to restaurants and entertainment and good shopping.

We chose this hotel because it was located in Hay Street on the booking website and on Google maps. On arrival we tried to check in but there was no booking for us. The photo showed the hotel with the Rydges name in big letters but desk staff then told us it hadn’t been Rydges for six years and that Rydges was now in Wellington Street two blocks away. Fortunately when we found our hotel it was very nice but somebody needs to update Google maps and Booking.com to avoid customer embarrassment and disappointment on location.

Very clean and modern rooms. Well serviced. Great location in Central CBD. Minutes walk to train and bus depot. 2 minute walk up alley way to restaurants and bars. Great Irish pub handy. Very handy to Elizabeth Quay and Barrack Street Jetty for Swan River Cruises. Would stay there again.

Would have loved a micro wave in room. Sadly restaurant was closed as it was being updated. However you could still get breakfast there and handy to restaurants, cafes and convenience stores.

Great location, room was quite nice & spacious. Check in & out were easy. There were mini bar items in the room, however we took our own. We had an issue with the tv remote, someone came up and fixed it for us and were very friendly.

The bar/restaurant was closed but it was New Years Eve. I didnt like that we had to walk to a public car park. The one they have a deal with is further away and more expensive than the CPP which we went to, Pack lightly so you don’t have much to carry.

Rooms lovely and spacious. Fantastic coffee at reception as well! If you're staying 2 nights or more and don't need room service by hanging the door hanger to let them know you get a free coffee the next morning and it's amazing! Didnt use coffee machine in room. Great location! Especially as we went to the comedy lounge just up the road.

The coffee pods in the room didn't have the whole selection available (only 2 when the picture shows there should be 4) but as we got a free barista coffe we weren't fussed.

Easy to book in, friendly staff and we felt supported. Apart from the parking options all other aspects were explained well e.g., location of room, breakfast and other options. The bed was super comfortable, and we had a good night rest.

Parking, although there are three Wilson parking places in reasonable distance from the hotel, we were not advised to only use one specific one. On request we received a discount voucher but unfortunately it was not for the Wilson Parking we used and had to pay the full amount. This can be better explained when we did the booking or upon arrival. The pillows were massive and too hard to our liking. There was no microwave in the room.
