Location, clean, staff, on-site parking, dining room.

Parking was very cramped. Toilet cistern wouldn't stop running noisy and water wastage. Told lift from carpark for my wife in wheel chair was out of order. Room was very cramped especially with the wheelchair ♿️. Otherwise I think proximity to CBD was good. The 2 load/unload spaces seemed to often monopolised by taxi/uber vehicles for long periods of time forcing me to lug our luggage up and down the lane way. Also several trips with my wife in her wheelchair ♿️. This was challenging and stressful.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful Room offered everything we needed. Plenty of shower hot water Location couldn’t be better Breakfast was fine, good variety of food, Laundry facility was useful and functional.

In general hotel felt a bit tired and in need of some uplifting. Carpets in hallways needed a clean, or replacing, laundry facility was grubby , had plate of left over food in it for over a day at one point. Shower door seals needed attention. However hard we tried we couldn’t stop leaking on to the bathroom floor..

The location was excellent in the centre of Perth. The breakfast-buffet was good. The main positive thing was the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff when we had an issue with noise from the room next door throughout the night. On reporting the issue the following morning we were told that we would be moved to another room immediately; also that the noisy neighbours would be told to the hotel on that day. This happened.

The original bedroom on the 1st floor had an issue with a continuous pulsing electrical noise. This issue should be addressed by the hotel. When we moved to the 3rd floor this was no longer an issue.

Breakfast great, chef tremendously helpful , food great variety, tasty. Main evening meal, kitchen staff need manners , 2 were rude, chef was helpful, and training in clients with special needs a necessity as that was why I booked your hotel. You assured me my daughter's need for Gluten free food was medical reasons. NO selection we only got offered fish, you could have done meat in a clean pan.

Very centrally located in Perth’s CBD, and very close walking distance to public transport, shopping, sites and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and a good size. The bathroom layout is good and the shower is a good size with good water pressure and temperature control.

The remote control for the tv did not work and the tv was hard to control. The look of the hotel can do with an update. In the breakfast area, toast was often put in the hash browns, which meant that someone was coeliac disease cannot eat those, which did limit breakfast options

The property was clean and tidy. Convenient location and staff were helpful.

I had no help to get my luggage up to my room on the first day. The air heating doesn’t work & i was cold most of the time even after they changed the rooms for me. TV never worked. There was no microwave! Bit inconvenient if you have leftover food.. i was glad i could use the laundry facilities but it wasn’t even at a discounted price since it was part of IBIS..

Excellent location for work purposes. The room was very good and clean. The breakfast facilities were very good, providing continental or full meals. The next-door grill was excellent value for residents wanting a nearby meal after work. It is a very short walk to the main shopping malls where all needs can be met.

All was good.

Most definitely the location was the best thing about this place, eateries in every direction & public transportation a couple of minutes walk away. The Uber from the airport was $30 - so fair. Considering my last minute plans this was a great find. Staff were pleasant at every turn, from the front desk at check in & check out to housekeeping who helped with location of certain places in the CBD.

I found nothing to dislike during my short visit.

Room needs some refurbishment, paint peeling off walls, carpets old, erratic keycard entry system, outside property at night can be harrowing with many homeless and drunks

Ibis in Murray Street is a great central CBD location providing easy walking access to river eg Barrack St wharf for Rottnest Express ferry and more. Great shopping, food and entertainment access. Staff very helpful. Rooms compact but clean and well serviced.

Bathroom needs minor maintenance and for a short person the shower was fixed and rather high on wall.
