The location of the hotel are not very close the city but close enough to walk abt 10 to 15 mins to the central. I like that its not noisy at night. The staff were really friendly and polite. The bed and pillow are really comfortable. They provide lots of tea and coffee in the hotel room with milk.

It does makes me feel unsafe to see homeless people sitting nearby the hotel especially at night when the offices are closed. The sofa in my room were stained and looks a bit old. But the other funitures in my hotel room was okay. Sadly, my room doesnt have a view and I'm facing the other building wall. They didnt have a shower cap or other toilettries like toothbrush and toothpaste.

Service staff were great. Room was always clean and tidy. Location was within walking distance to the convention centre and King's park. The breakfast was good, with a nice coffee machine in the breakfast area.

I was there for business, so the in-room wifi left something to be desired (1-2 mbps). It would be nice if the in-room fridge was stocked with water or some simple beverages and an in-room coffee machine would be lovely. Furnishings were a little dated, and the bathroom area could use some updating (shower head, stall, etc. needs cosmetic work).

It was a great room, l had to leave aircon on as it was so warm in Perth, lovely bathroom&attentive attendants, def a business man's type room. Adore at Reception is adorable&very helpful as thankfully l scored a "Reserved" bay on my second night.

The TV is too small; the shower vent is full of fluff (needs cleaning as the motor could burn out); the brekky buffet is too expensive (l bought cereal, but no bowls or plates); parking is expensive and l don't believe l was aware of the $30/day, very tight parkbays as well.

Had salad for dinner 1st night & quite tasty. Had buffet breakfast twice by prepaying for $27 which is reasonable value. Good free wifi with cordless charger. Conveniently located in central Perth. Clean, safe & comfortable.

On check out receptionist tried to charge me again for brekky which I had prepaid & had receipt as well as trying to charge for movie which I did not watch as I don’t watch movies except the odd free to air when I’m home. Gym was minimal.

Staff were lovely and very helpful Room was huge but needs some updating Best shower ever with amazing water pressure Bed comfortable I had a room that overlooked the freeway a bit noisy but ear plugs done the trick No noise could be heard from other rooms so I guess walls are insulated Fridge was average freezer door didn't close had to turn fridge up high No toaster or microwave which I was disappointed in as some people can't afford to buy breakfast every day The location was not central to city about 15 to 20 minutes walk to everything City Ferry terminal Kings Park etc but that was OK as compared to other hotels price was reasonable The first time I went to there restaurant it was terrible the food was so overspiced with pepper couldnt eat the chips the amount of salt was rediculious however the second time I had the sirloin steak sandwich on brioche roll The steak melted in my mouth it was beautiful Different cheff on each occasion I would be happy to stay again at the same price but wouldn't pay more than $130 per night

Excellent location..walking distance to Kings Park, City centre, Elizabeth Quay and we even walked home from HBF Stadium (40 mins). Large studio apartment had everything we needed for our busy week. The restaurant downstairs had a great menu including tasty vegetarian options. Didn’t need to go searching for a bottle shop as there was beer/wine for sale at reception and a bar in the restaurant.

If I had to find a negative it would be that the hottest shower I could manage was lukewarm. Didn’t bother me enough to complain though as it was middle of summer.

The buffet breakfast was okay but could have been better. I found it i little dry and asked for some holidays sauce which was not available. We did ask for a twin bet room but were given a queen bed instead. We could have mentioned the issue but we just shared the bed.

Lovely clean room, comfy bed, lovely staff. Great breakfast buffet!! Worth paying for when booking. Although get there before 9:30am maybe even before 9am. Breakfast stops at 10am and one morning we got there at 9:35am and there wasn't much left.

If you want to use there parking you need to book it as we didn't realise but it's our own fault! Good parking a 5-10 min walk away and is cheaper overall but if you have lots of bags I'd recommend using the hotel car park.

Great space in the room, the living room part (including TV area) of our bedroom was ample size for multiple suitcases and bags including sitting,

The wardrobe in the bathroom wasn't ideal as the bathroom could get steamy and affect the clothes-although there was good bathroom fan. I didn't like that we were paying for the breakfast but some hotel staff could eat the food provided for us and reduce the choice of food available to us.

The location, situated close to everything we needed. The view was great from the 4th floor which was upgraded complimentary from the 1st floor as I was testing my fiancé there for my birthday and that was there way of saying happy birthday to her. Buffet breakfast was incredible, such an amazing selection. Staff were incredible, friendly and helpful.

instead of 1 big bed. they put two double beds together and it wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep on.
