Sensational! 100/100. I usually stay at the Hilton. They recently raised their prices by about 40% and wouldn't budge, so I found you and ended up in a better hotel at a much better price. Staff were all marvelous. Personable and sincere--not just putting on an act for show like most hotels. I really enjoyed everything about the stay and slept better than I do at home. Wonderful bed, quiet, clean, well-kept rooms and beautiful ambience throughout. Terrific breadfast menu, PERFECT Eggs Benedict, GREAT coffee and all the staff were wonderful.

Nothing whatsoever.

The Breakfast included made up my mind to choose the Terrace vs other Accomodation in the area. The Staff were great, very helpful and the reason why I will choose and stay at The Terrace again.

The Tv in room 12 was hopeless. I had to keep re- setting it every night .

Room was spacious and comfortable. Included breakfast was great and ability to eat at the restuarant/bar for dinner was handy.

The fact the widows are covered with privacy screen (I assume to prevent overlooking office buildings looking in) prevented opening up and letting in natural light in the morning.

The style and interiors were comfortable, many things were included in then price of the room which made staying convenient.

The campaign were a little bit like "a box of choclate -you never know what you get". I stayed long enough to stick to just one breakfast menu, and it was every day a different set of what you order and extras. The option of environmentally friendly room service created some problems and did not quite work as advertised, so it is worth asking what it means not to leave it as it is. Some rooms do not have windows you can open and the glass was such that you merely see what's outside, so if that is important, better to ask beforehand.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The meals were 5 star and absolutely delicious. The venue is stunning. A heritage building beautifully styled to suit. Boutique accommodation with every comfort you can imagine. Even more impressive is the Manager (Deepak) and the professionalism of staff who each morning greeted us with a smile and knew exactly what our coffee order was. Staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable, welcoming and whatever we needed was provided - nothing was an issue. Bec, Hannah, Zack, Graham, Tom, Simon and Deepak, thank you for your hospitality. Your professionalism is unbeatable and your kindness made it difficult for us to explore Perth. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and The Terrace Hotel was a huge part of that enjoyment. Thank you!

We didn't want to leave and wished we'd stayed another week.

Location was reasonably convenient. It was about a 15 minute walk to Elizabeth Quay where most of the ferries depart. Breakfast was excellent.

The bathroom arrangement was strange. There was no door on the bathroom--not that it was missing the door but the design was to have no door. The bathroom was one large, undivided, tiled space. No shower stall, just a shower head in the wall. Very open, probably a trend I just don't get.

The style of the hotel was great in terms of history, there were only 2 rooms on our floor so it was very quiet. The room was comfortable with everything you needed. The manager was very friendly, polite and helpful.

The breakfast choice for guests was very limited especially if you had dietary requirements. Some of the choices from the main menu could have been included as they were of the same monetary value as the in guest menu. When asked if we could have something simple - toast with a bit of bacon because of the limited menu, we were told no - which is very inflexible considering you are paying extra for breakfast in your nightly rate. The manger was helpful on this front. There needs to be more choice if you are a guest as it makes you feel that you are less important in terms of customer than someone who has just walked off the street for breakfast.

Bit of a strange hotel but guess that's also part of the charm of an older property - the bathroom was beautiful and enjoyed a soak in the HUGE bathtub. No views from the windows which is a shame. Based at the end of St George's Terrace which was a great location for the event we attended in Kings Park but not much else around there. Breakfast was included and delicious with a beautiful seating area out on the terrace where you can watch the world go by.

An older property which isn't a bad thing but it was a bit worn - lamp was broken in our room and no windows that you could see through.

Beautiful decorations and lovely fittings. Fabulous big bath.

I wanted to know about the history of the place, no information anywhere. Reception was a weird ghost town. No one there when I checked in, (4pm) I had to go hunt one of the bar staff down, no one there when I checked out (10.30am) I also asked for my tv to be fixed, no one came when I rang, after an hour I had to go down and finally found someone there. He was enjoying his dinner, which I delayed because of waiting for the tv fix! However, all the staff were wonderful and friendly when I found them!

Comfortable bed with king size pillows, immaculately clean, massive bathroom with walk in shower , a large magnifying make-up mirror in bathroom- a definate plus. Tastefully decorated room. Called late in evening to ask how to gain access a/hrs, staff were polite, very helpful and waited on phone while I looked for night entrance.

Bathroom/toilet area is located at room entrance door -there is no door to bathroom.. The bed/ room is past the bathroom but could be awkward if others in room and abluting! The hotel and rooms are really opulent, so was surprised at Int Roast or Nescafe instant coffee in room (I only drink instant, so not a coffee snob).
