The room is big and comfortable with everything needed. Comfortable bed and couch seat. Big smart TV (no netflix account). Cleaning refreshments every second day. Towels, soaps, coffee, milk, trash bins etc. Which is very nice. Nice Balcony. Fully equiped kitchen. Quiet. Location is good, 5 min walk from a public bus stop, main street and a park..
The entrance is through a packed restaurant. So always you have to pass between tables as you go in and out. Usually when the hotel has restaurant its still has seperate lobby for convenience of the guests and the restaurant is on the side - here its just a restaurant you have to pass through to get to the elevator. The location itself is good within the city but its uphill no matter which side you go. The hotel is at the bottom of the hills around it. So better to be fit.

Location was exellent. All was close to hotel-City center, Kings Park with its viewing platforms from where you could admire Perth both during the day and at night. The studio apartment was well equipped with everything you need for a short vacation - a stove for cooking, a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, coffee cream were nicely available, you had to ask for salt/pepper from the bar on the first day, but that was not a problem, we bought it ourselves the next day. Didn't eat breakfast in hotel. It was good the room had balcony. The security in the hotel was very well organized for customers, in the evening they could enter with a door code.
Everything was fine. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the toilet door, which closed too hard because the fire safety barrier was on the door. It slammed shut too hard when I had to go to the toilet at night.

The location was excellent with Kings park up the hill and the city over the highway. The room was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed and a couch which was great as many places only have the bed to sit on. Having on site carparking was a bonus. The cafe downstairs was fantastic which really added to our stay in terms of convenience and quality of food.
We were at the front of the property and the noise from the freeway in the early morning was excessive. I would suggest double glazing. The toilet was too low which was kind of weird when using it.

The room was spacious and actually very aesthetic, the river view was heavenly, and the location was perfect - if you don't mind climbing up a hill you can walk to Kings Park in three or four minutes and be surrounded by beautiful gardens and walking trails, walk the other way across the footbridge and you have easy access to bus routes to other beautiful places. The two people I dealt with at checkin and checkout were both lovely.
The only part I didn't like was the intrusive traffic noise from the nearby freeway, but I'm autistic and this probably wouldn't be a problem for 95% of guests, I have particular noise sensitivities. Despite this I will absolutely stay again.

My room was, essentially, a studio appartment. It was at the back of the hotel so it was quiet and away from the noisy cafe and outdoor seating. The building is classical but all the amenities are modernised. It was a 10 minute walk from St George's Tce - Perth's main central thourough fare - so was well located. As the place was across the bridge over the freeway, it had the best of both worlds : Close to the CBD but not in a noisy environment. I also liked the outdoor seating area, and all the facilities - microwave, gas cooker etc.
I really couldn't fault the place. A couple of things, perhaps, may be considered for the future: More manned hours at the reception Another matter, perhaps with the next renovation of the bathcroom, is to have water mixers instead of the taps! Otherwise, all good

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city but in a leafy attractive and quiet neighborhood, it's like you are staying in the city but in a quiet residential neighborhood at the same time! The restaurant downstairs had great breakfast and so we ate here every day and even once for lunch. Awesome service from the front counter staff, the room was large and comfortable and had everything we needed.
Only one thing, the toilet was very small, like a kids toilet, but apart from this everything else was fantastic.

The location was fantastic, close to King’s Park and walking distance to the CBD. The room was an apartment, so you could cook if you wanted to. The restaurant downstairs serves breakfast 7 days a week and was busy every day, they serve dinner Tuesday to Friday and the food was good, but order an appetizer as well as a main.
Everything was great. They could not have done anything better. Perth is a fantastic city with a free bus system in the CBD and the train system is reasonably priced and super easy to navigate.

Lovely d The bed was comfortable and very well presented. The hot water shower was well heated and has a good pressure. The restaurant was very good. Great service and food. Near Kings Park Botanic Gardens. At the edge of the city.
No tissue boxes provided. Toilet paper quality was a bit substandard. The noise from the nearby freeway can get a bit too much to sleep even with all windows shut. The toilet seat was a bit cramped as there was not much room between it and the wall in front.

Comfortable and with our own well equipped kitchen. We could open the windows, a small detail we appreciate. Walking distance to the city and the CAT bus network, very convenient. Nice cafe onsite.
The shower needed a plumber, it took at least 45min for the pooled water (about 4cm) to drain away after a shower. This left the tiles very slippery with soap & shampoo residue, a slip hazard. We did inform reception.
