Quality Hotel Bayswater

The rooms were cosy and tidy and had the necessary facilities. The prices were great value for a weekend stay at the hotel and the positive thing is that it is walking distance to the train station on the airport line. The staff were friendly and nice despite that the main block of the hotel is undergoing extensive renovation work and there was no dining in the hotel, but look forward to the renovations finishing and another visit to the new look Quality Hotel Bayswater.

With extensive renovation work going on in the hotel and also around Bayswater train station, you need to walk that little extra to get there. In addition, no restaurant or drinks were available due to the renovations, but all in all it is a good stay and the noise level was not distracting or irritating.

Reception was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was a brilliant idea and very welcome. I did not have time to enjoy the complimentary coffee at the cafe but a generous idea. Room was comfortable and very well equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle crockery and even a drying up cloth.

The extensive rebuilding of the station and consequent dust, disruption and road closures made it hard to navigate the area. But there was nothing you could do about this.

The little packs left for breakfast which were not spoken about and the little vouchers left to get our coffees from the 3.8 cafe which were absolutely incredible coffees. The bed was so comfortable we nearly missed the check out time. Nicest place to stay especially for a first time.

Everything exceeded mine and my partners expectations. I have nothing bad to say or criticise you on. It was worth the money we paid and look forward to visiting again.

Staff were friendly Room was clean and roomy had what I needed bathroom good size had fridge microwave and kettle all were clean and easy to use

The area has a lot of road works and the noise was 24/7 the vibrations all night were impossible But that’s is no reflection on the hotel just if you wanted so quiet time as I did it was the best. Also made the tv not work due to interference.

Complimentary breakfast was good, coffee coupons to 3.8 Cafe, a great idea and it’s a really good shop, great coffee and excellent food.

Renovations and roadworks but that’s not the properties fault as I’m sure it will be great once that’s all done. I thought the use of the security gate during the day was good but couldn’t work out after all the cars had parked why it was left open of a night time. Puzzling.

Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Shower pressure & hot water was good. Met all of our needs as a place to drop our bags and explore everywhere during the day. Close to the airport & Swan River surroundings.

I forgot to check my messages and realised when we arrived that Bayswater train station is not operational right now (I think till Sep 2023) - but the hotel did a good job in advising us of this as soon as we booked. I just happened to have missed the message.

We've stayed here often over the years. It's convenient to family and friends. Having the train station across the road was an absolute bonus. We've decided to use the public transport system next time and not hire a car as Transperth is an amazing system. The hotel is clean, has everything we needed and the staff are lovely.

There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, but I'm afraid the quality of food has dropped dramatically. The menu hasn't changed for years and needs a big change.

Lovely clean rooms, staff were wonderful in both the accomodation and the restaurant. We told house keeping they didn’t have to make up our room as we were there for a week, but they came back in when we had left for the day! It was a wonderful surprise! I was worried as if had the bar downstairs, but it was so quiet! The food in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced too!

not enough secured parking, you had to take a gamble coming back late at night if you had a car park in the secured parking. But we only had 1 night out of 7 that we didn’t get in in time!

Quality Hotel exceeded our expectation! We were here for our Isolation period (7 Days) they answered every enquiry we had and helped us settle in well for the period we were there. Special thanks to the Chef/s who made beautiful meals every day we ordered and it always came delivered at a justified time. We loved the space of our room because we had a 1 year old with us aswell. It was definitley worth the upgrade. Overall our stay was as comfortable as being in your own home! My Partner and I are foodies so our overall stay was great because of the awesome meals you cooked us! Thankyou!

Because of isolation and staying with a 1 year old, it was hard to reheat a bottle or clean the floors. Suggesting a mini microwave or a Dust pan for people in isolation would be great :)

The room was spacious with a useful kitchenette, 2 air-conditioning, one for the main bedroom and one for the little room. They provided a packed breakfast and were really happy to accomodate our late check out request (from the parking lot). The place is really close to the airport (but you can't hear the planes at all.
