Anne was an excellent hostess. The location is very close to the airport and the property was very clean. Breakfast was a pleasant interlude between other guests and the Hostess, The property was spotless, and facilities were excellent. She was a most helpful hostess, and our stay here was very pleasant, For us, the location was very central for our purpose. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to Perth. Thank you for making our stay and enjoyable experience.

Epsom on Swan is immaculate. Ann and Jordan made my husband and I feel right at home. Breakfast was great. Loved my morning latte. Room was exceptionally comfortable. With parking onsite and a great location, close to the airport, not too far from the city, we spent the first 4 nights of a 23 day tour of WA. All I can say is the other accommodation we have booked for on this trip has a lot to live up to. Thank-you Ann and Jordan for being fabulous hosts. Kathy and Tony from Melbourne.

Beautiful clean home. We were made to feel so welcome. Rooms were large. Everything we needed. Great continental breaky if you wished to eat there. Hosts were so lovely. Even though the property is next to a high rise motel and off a busy road it wasn't nousy at all. We even over slept due to the black out shutters.

We so appreciated Ann and Jordan’s thoughtfulness and kindness during our short stay. Their BnB is a work of care and love and their hospitality and attention to detail is what makes the stay so special. They are both warm and friendly and have made their BnB a special place for guests to stay. There are many highlights to staying here. The beds are very comfortable, the room and bathroom were spotless and everything was explained fully to us to help our stay run smoothly. Both Jordan and Ann shared helpful ideas for places to eat and it was so nice to spend a little more time with them in the morning. We look for ward to staying there again and will be sharing our great experience with friends who come to Perth for a visit.

Very accommodating host. Very clean and modern guest rooms inside a home where the host lives. There are restaurants within easy walking distance.

We had our own bathroom and toilet but they were not en-suite. This did not bother us but may not work for others.

I had the privacy I needed, whenever I needed, in "Home away from Home"-style booking. Ann and Jordan were excellent hosts, welcoming me into their Home. They were very friendly, helpful and constantly offering support to my needs for information and other useful resources, as a traveler. The location is within minutes from Perth Intl. Airport, extremely quiet and surrounded by eateries, groceries, Costco, fuel, other small rentals motels, even quiet parks near lakes!

Had everything needed, ensuite, netflix, nice and clean, friendly host, cafes across the road. I'd stay again.

This place was spotless and truly set the foundations for a brilliant stay in Perth. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, the rooms and shower facilities I can't fault. Just all round it was well presented + welcoming.

Close to all amenities including bus transportation . Continental Breakfast was great with good tea and coffee provided.

The shower head may need replacement as the rain shower not working well

The only disappointing part of our stay, was that it would have been good to use a bbq to cook meats otherwise excellent continental breakfast.
