Friendly and helpful staff. A nice modern room with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Our twin room had a washing machine and dryer, plus a kitchen with dishwashers and all the items needed for a self contained stay. Secure parking was great.

The entrance and bathroom floor were mopped on arrival and by house keeping on the second day, but it left the floor very slippery and with a strong bleach smell in the room - my room mate and I nearly slipped twice. I ended up cleaning the floor myself with soap and hot water which fixed the slippery problem.

I picked this hotel primarily because it was new and offered a 2 room apartment option. And in that regard it met expectations. The facilities and building were indeed new. Aside from that the staff are also quite friendly although they denied my request to shift to a higher level apartment when I checked-in.

There's a stinky smell near the door/entry of my apartment but everywhere else is fine. Car parking can be difficult to secure at times. I stayed 5 nights and on 2 of them had to worry about parking. There's a lot of pick-ups and trucks who parked there after work, not sure if tradies stayed at the hotel as guests or the parking lots were rented out to them.

It is a new and clean property, close to the airport around 10 mins drive. We arrived pretty late and check in was smooth and no hassle. Everything about the room works - from laundry machine to dryer and all. Convenience stores are all around the area. They allow us to drop off and keep our luggages while we were at Marg River region due to car storage, that was pretty kind of them!

The neighborhood that it sits in can be pretty sketchy around to be honest.

Clean, comfortable bed, had champagne glasses! Good location on main highway and only a short drive to Optus Stadium, Casino and Ascot Racecourse. Lots of easy access fast food/take away within a short driving distance. Front desk is manned 24 hours a day.

Parking is very tight and quantity of bays is completely inadequate. Arrived to find no parking available on site so staff instructed us to “just park over the road” in the carpark of some local shops. Rooms are compact but suitable if you’re just wanting a quick place to sleep.

The Apartment was lovely, perfect for my partner and I. The apartment had everything we needed. We even got a little balcony view which I appreciated very much. Thank you Quest Perth Ascot

We recieved a noise complaint from our neighbors which I apologized for but the Issue I had was with the staff member who came to advise us of this noise complaint, He was very rude and disrespectful, the way he spoke to me was disgusting and being threatened to be kicked out after the first night was unnecessary, I would have put in a complaint about this man but he didn't give us a name. All in all HE was the only issue throughout our stay, I would advise that he be trained in dealing with customers or visitors, I wouldn't recommend this place to my family because of him. But I myself would come back because all the other staff are amazing

Modern, clean room with all the needed amenities. Well stocked kitchenette with all the essentials should you wish to cook. Bathroom had basic toiletries, hair dryer, ample towels and hand towels, and the room had a great view.

It may not have been entirely obvious to us, but it seemed the only way in and out of reception is via the carpark. There may have been another way in, but humans being creatures of habit, we used the carpark pedestrian access for our comings and goings.

Location - close to airport and to city. Hotel facilities (bed comfort, kitchen, pool, smart TVs, WiFi, interconnected rooms). Hotel speedy response to requests and positive responses. Very family friendly. Polite housekeeping staff.

The credit card surcharge is exorbitant. Hotel should negotiate this with providers. Squeezed parking slots.

Convenient location. Food outlets near. Easy access from the freeway. The staff was all helpful in everything and welcoming.

The parking situation, 4x4 vehicles has limited space on ground level. But staff were helpful in letting you pay $15.00 to pay on level 1. Which I thought would have been all included. But my friend had to pay I was very lucky when I went to park and I didn't have to pay. 🙏

Location, facilities, convenience, new, modern.

The room they gave me was near the private parking entrance, can hear the door opening and closing all the time and you can hear easily the next room and people out in the halls. Had expected a city view room (overlooking perth city towers) they had given me main road view, was a bit disappointing from the expectation upon purchasing the booking. It would have been great if i was given the expected city view room, especially after a 6 hour drive from the country and not to have to hear doors banging and clanging.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was my daughter's 6th birthday and they gave her a Quest drink bottle and some chocolates. A lovely gesture. Also, one of the cleaning staff helped push my luggage trolley from the carpark to the lift. Although I didn't make use of it, the lobby is well stacked with snacks, drinks and microwave dinners for purchase.
