The cleanliness and spacious room. All the utilities available. Friendly staff. Very close to Crown and other eateries

-Need some washing up liquid and sponge to wash glasses and cups. -The stairs situation: The stairs, doors and rooms seem too close to each other. Being a claustrophobic person, I felt squeezed in as I went up and down the stairs, I felt anxious. Luckily, the interior of the rooms were very spacious. Felt safer and relieved once inside -Oh the cost for two adults was too good to be true. I'll book a room any time. Thank you so much.

the room was well presented, and the bed was very comfortable. The customer service was excellent, and Carol she exceeded the expectation in meeting my needs by helping me with my luggage. Thank you so much, Carol.

The team at reception were fantastic and stayed in constant contacted with us until we checked in which was quite late. Super friendly and helpful. Room was really clean and had everything we needed. Their breakfast is amazing with everything from cereal-toast-croissants-electric pancake maker-coffee machine and fresh juices. We stay here regularly and will always come here first if option is available to do so. Highly recommend Gaurav and his team 😁

Everything was great.

The room was very neat and tidy and clean. Bed was very comfy and shower was great. Very convenient to the airport. Also a very nice large pool area.

The room did smell strongly of cigarette smoke. The manager was very apologetic offered to move us to another room but we opted to have the room sprayed with freshener. This is an issue that needs to be addressed with the cleaners.

Rooms were clean and the location was perfect for us. Pool looked inviting.

Bed was full of springs. Was ok for 2 nights but I don’t think I could do that for longer. The air con also wasn’t in the bedroom, and there was no additional fan. Price was comparable to being in the city- but there are no perks of coffee and food close by.

Fantastic rooms, so beautiful and neat. Very clean and tidy. Amazing view from our balcony of the beautiful pool area with the very beautiful footpathed garden around the outside. So beautiful sitting on our room balcony in the late afternoon with the sun going down shining directly on us listening to the waterfall running in the pool.

Not one thing to dislike whatsoever

Location was very central for me, easy to find and close to airport and major motor ways.

The entrance especially with the construction was a bit confusing on first attempt, as a vehicle was leaving and it blocks the sign that said entrance 100m

All the staff were very friendly and helpful and happy to have a chat. The communal Continental breakfast was welcoming and you have the chance to chat with fellow guests. The Spa was brilliant after being on the road for about 3 weeks. And the free Laundry was a great help. And really good central location.

They have thought of everything that you may need!! Staff (all except 1) were 10/10. Housekeeping ladies were considerate, helpful, happy and couldn't do enough for us.

There were dates in the fridge for breakfast that sat there for a week untouched. The highchair in the breakfast room was not fit to use. The breakfast room in general needs to be looked at....doesnt have a sink or means to clean up kn case of a spillage. Please provide rooms with some disinfectant wipes.

The two interconnected rooms were excellent. Close to airport

Very hard to negotiate entry to premises from highway due to road works. There was a nasty smell when first entered main living area. Found to be the sink drain . Ran water and used detergent to clean, and it dissipated.
