Fantastic, right in the center, close to everything, you have a discount for the underground parking. 20 euros instead of 36 for 24 hours!

The double bed felt a little small but for a night was ok. Sugestions so it would help others: 1. When you get out of the parking take the elevator that takes you up in fron of the hotel. (It was hard at the beginning understandin but it was easy afterwards) 2. When you get the parking ticket from the hotel use yours first, than theirs so it would get you the disccount. IMPORTANT. Insert them CONSIQUENTLY not one by one. One after the other one. (When the first one is already inserted)

Great location, 2-3 minutes from main square. It is also a great starting point for walk to Slossberg, which was great because we stayed here during Advent, so a lot of Graz Advent markets were really near. Would come again.

The room was clean, however, I missed some kind of final touch to say it was super clean. Also, maybe someone likes it, but I personally don't, when they cleaned our room during our stay, i found that they folded my pyjamas (I left it folded under the pillow - it wasn't a mess). Otherwise, everything was ok, like I said earlier, I would come again.

I am NH hotels great fun. Many times, in NH hotels I had an enjoyable time, and the staff was helpful and nice. This time it was different – the receptionist was unkind, and the room was not ready at 18.30. He did not excuse for such inconvenience and spent more time on the phone instead of trying to be nice for us. It was the first time, so I was very much astonished. All the rest; room, breakfast, car park nearby, was excellent so finally we have been happy, but I hope that I will not see these receptionist anymore.

I think that our receptionist qualification were below NH standard. Maybe he had a bad day, but it was extremally unkind.

It's a high quality hotel and everything was excellent. The best place is in the center of the city (central square in old town, you can see the clock tower from the window). Most of the tourist sights are within 5 - 20 minutes walk. To the central street with many shops and restaurants - 5 minutes. Friendly and helpful reception. Check in and check out in 2 minutes. Everything corresponded to the photos on the Booking. No problem with payment. Everything is clear Underground parking is convenient, near the hotel (next door) (20 euros per day). You can check in on the parking earlier than at the hotel (payment from the moment of arrival) Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. In December it was warm and the temperature can be regulated. A huge bed (a bit hard mattress for me) and two kinds of pillows, snow-white bed linen. There is a kettle, coffee machine and tea/coffe set in the room. The safe is spacious. Large and comfortable bathroom (There is soap, shampoo, conditioner shower gel, and lotion). Everything works fine. WI-FI was very well. In the room, we did not hear any noise from the hall and the neighboring rooms.

When booking a parking, it would be useful to send automatically not only the price, but also the parking address, terms of use, etc..

The team was very friendly and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Yannah, a lovely petite lady lit the reception with warmth with the smiling disposition.

Nothing much really. It was sad to see that the bar in the hotel isn't being patronised, perhaps it might be n idea to run some king of a promotion to welcome guests. Maybe it was the time of the year and that the bar gets busier in the warmer months.

Perfect location for a weekend brake in Graz. There is a undeground parking, which is very convenient even if there is no direct lift to the hotel - the stairs are 10m from the main entrance to the hotel. The room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was diversified and fresh - everyone will find something tasty for themselves. The staff was very helpful. Great advantage for people travelling with kids is "Kinderspielplatz im Stadtpark", of course when the weather allows. On the other side of the Park on Zinzendorfgasse street there are a lot of reasonable restaurants.

I liked the location and the style of the building. The room is ok for a few night but it is small. The interior is modern fresh style. The loved tiles on the bathroom The breakfast was perfect wide variation of options. The staff is nice and friendly. I recommend it

If you don't like minimalistic style the don't choose this hotel. This hotel rather for a business trip than a family long vacation

The breakfast was excellent. Large variety of foods and very good quality. The Team at the Breakfast was awesome. Very friendly, smiling, attentive, helpful, swift in doing their tasks, the ideal people for catering / hospitality business. We do thank them the nice atmosphere they created and granted us. The Team at the reception was also very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

Because of the fix glasswall, it is quity uncomfortable to get in and out of the bath. The mattress on the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Great location, looking down from the clock tower you can actually see the hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Reliable wifi. Excellent parking garage next to hotel, at a preferential rate (half price, 18 eur per day), payable at reception. Nice working corner in the room - desk and chair in a pleasant set-up. Good sustainability habits - the option not to have the room serviced every day is rewarded with a voucher for a free drink at the bar, but you need to make sure you ask for it, if you are determined to use it.

This was our third stay. Good as usual. Great location for sightseeing. Close to the city center and city park (we were with our little dog). Comfortable and clean room. Professional staff. This hotel is perfect for us.

Breakfast is too expensive, there are many other and cheaper altenatives in the area, also with vegan options.
