the staff was extremely friendly, the pool was super nice and the atmosphere was great. you felt like they knew you with table reservation for breakfast. breakfast was really good. very close to Zell am see and many food options

glass door into the bathroom is not practical. could use a fan for hot nights. the buffet was a bit late if you have a tired baby. shower head could use a change.

We loved to stay for one week at Hotel Quehenberger, which has a comfy, familiar atmosphere and is extremely clean (an essential aspect for me). The staff is friendly and helpful. They did everything to help us with our needs. The breakfast and dinner are typical Austrian -- homemade and delicious. The location is excellent. You can easily reach mountains, lakes, rivers, caves, cities, castles... The hotel's swimming pool with an outstanding view of the mountains is stunning!!!

I think the bed was a bit too hard. But, it did not negatively impact our stay at the hotel.

The breakfast was good, the pool was clean and amazing to relax. Great place to stay with kids. Staff really friendly and helpful. 5 min drive to the city! Free parking! Very quiet and peaceful. View of the mountains from the pool and patio was amazing to relax.

The owners are extremely nice and helpful with every demand and a lot of good advices. Good breakfast, nice lady in restaurant . Wonderful pool. Pleasant room. Hope we’ll go again.

The hotel was clean, the room large, with two bedrooms, we had clean towels every day. The view from the window was really nice. There is a lift in the hotel, a room to store skis and ski boots, there is a ski bus stop in front of the hotel.

We really missed a fridge and a kettle in the room. It was not possible to order dinner in a hotel restaurant when we arrived. We were said dinner is only for those who had paid for half board. The nearest restaurant was about 800 m away from the hotel which was really uncomfortable after a long drive. As for breakfast each morning the same food was served. We would expect bigger variousness.

There is a pool and it is very beautiful with a nice mountain view. Breakfast was good but the options were limited. We stayed 3 nights in a family suite which has the best view in the whole hotel. I would say the owner was very helpful. We did get a discount book from a hotel. With that book we got some nice discounts for the tickets in the main attraction in Zell am see.

There was no ion in the room even though we booked a family suite. One light was not lightning in the bedroom. Wifi is not strong in the room as you would have expected. The bathroom does not have a lock to lock the door also the body wash container is not placed near the shower but near the washbasin. For this price and room, I would expect to have a fan or remote air conditioner for the summer.
