For starters when we arrived we were greated with complimentary champagne in the lobby. As we checked in we had been upgraded from a normal room to a Junior Suite. I understand this isnt common nor is it something you should expect but it made for an incredible experience for my girlfriend and I. For the first time going skiing together and her first time skiing all together. Our room was beautiful large and spacious. It was also modern which is something you cannot expect within ski resorts and was a huge bonus. When going down to breakfast the little touches matter. The Tirolerhof are fantastic at this. For starters our waiter learns our names and our standard orders and starts to bring them over and ask questions going beyond good morning, which was a lovely small touch to add. The station chef learns your order and during quiet periods in service he will bring your food to you without you having to ask which is just that little bit extra that makes something memorable. The Spa is brilliant, after a hard day either learning to ski or skiing. It is a great place to unwind and destress before going out for dinner or catching back up with the Apres. The Spa is predominantly nude so if this is something that bothers you can where shorts or bottoms, but it is prefered to be nude.

Nothing. To be honest it was absolutelty spot on. I wouldnt be able to fault the place, the people or the holiday.

Very cosy and incredibly comfortable hotel from the entrance to the room. After a long journey feeling tired it was just the welcome needed. Bed was good with fluffy soft pillows you sink into, and were spacious enough. Bathrobes and extra towels supplied for the spa downstairs and a bonus backpack should you need one for your hikes and outside ventures. Rooms were very well cleaned and restocked at an appropriate time. For meat eaters, breakfast is great.

As a vegetarian, this place isn't really accommodating unless you're a big fan of cheese. I have a mild dairy intolerance so struggled to pick breakfast which wasn't just toasted bread and fruit. As a vegan you're even more limited.

The breakfast was excellent- fantastic selection of hot and cold options. The decaf coffee was very poor, but then it’s not that readily available in Austria. The staff were very courteous and efficient. We also had dinner one night which was very good also. We enjoyed a number of treatments in the spa which is an exceptional amenity as is the wellness centre. We thoroughly enjoyed using these facilities every afternoon and they were never crowded. I enjoyed the complimentary herbal teas and healthy snacks in particular. There are a lot of nooks and crannies where you can relax although I suspect that the summer season hasn’t got fully underway while we stayed at the hotel. All in all, this is a really lovely hotel and we had a very relaxing time there!

Our room was quite small and we had no view to speak of. I was a bit disappointed that we were not offered an upgrade especially as we were there for four nights and had paid on a non-refundable basis almost one month ahead of arrival. I suspect this was because we had only booked bed and breakfast and not directly with the hotel. On reflection, it would have been worth paying for a superior room; the standard rooms are nothing special.

Loved this hotel! We had a fantastic stay here, everything was great. We were welcomed with a much needed drink and checked in very quickly by friendly staff with perfect English. Our rooms were a decent size, but we also really enjoyed the many communal areas (bar, gorgeous pool, gym, sauna, lovely outside deck). It's in a handy central location but has its own parking which was useful. Breakfast was fantastic. And we rented their e bikes which were much cheaper than other outfits in town, great fun!

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I was about ready to leave Zell am See and the ladies at Crazy Daisy told me about this place. I am so glad they did. I extended my vacation three days and the hotel met my expectations and more. Friendly staff, rooms are well equipped, and very clean. .

The only drawback is no AC and I knew that when I booked but it was cool at night in July. There is a fan in the room but didn’t see it in the closet until the last day I was there.

The breakfast was outstanding, lots of choice and fresh omelette made to order. Staff very attentive. Private lockers for equipment was v reassuring. The spa was excellent, lots of different rooms, wonderful whirlpool and drinks and snacks available to enjoy. Very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Roaring fire in the lobby and games and books available to enjoy in the bar with a glass of bubbly. Short walk from the cityxpress lift. Excellent mountain view from our balcony.

The room was amazing but could have been improved with tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with bottled water. Room service deliver coffee, but I like to sit in bed with a coffee before i venture out and I don't want to use room service for 1 coffee. More signage around the hotel would also prevent guests getting lost. Minor improvements, it's a fabulous hotel.

This was our second visit to this hotel. We enjoyed our first visit so much we wanted to come back. From the moment you walk through the door and see the opulent surroundings you know you will enjoy your visit. Having been greeted by a charming receptionist who explained the facilities available, we checked in and went to our room (N° 323). To our surprise we found we had been upgraded. The room was large with two double beds and everything you would need for your stay. The view from the balcony was great. Admittedly, we had chosen an expensive hotel, but you only get what you pay for. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, definitely. Thats why this was our second visit.

There is not a ramp for the disabled to enter the main entrance, therefore you have to negotiate 4 steps which are difficult for someone with walking difficulties.

The hotel was lovely and in a great location. A short walk to the waterfront and lots of restaurants. There were lots of activities to do nearby. The room was nice and a good size. The spa was really lovely and most of the time very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good with lots of choice including fresh eggs/omelette. Overall a great stay. We would come back

Didn't include a summer card which lots of the other hotels nearby do- this would have made this even better!

Room was large and well equipped. Good view of the mountains as well. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the omelette chef did great omelettes to your specification. We took the Half-board option which gave afternoon snacks and a 4 course dinner. All food was excellent with a good selection on all courses. Drinks at the bar and in the restaurant were reasonably priced.

Would have preferred the afternoon snacks to start at 3pm rather than 4pm but that is the only thing I can think we didn't like.

This hotel is first class,upon arrival at check in given glass of wine nice touch.The bar area is amazing.Room was exceptional very large with nice balcony areas Housekeeping was excellent.Room was very clean.and clean towels provided everyday. Superb pool gym sauna area all staff friendly and efficient. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough.
