From Check In to Check Out, all went smooth. The hotel is very conveniently located with a bus route (21) taking you to the heart of Old Town Salzburg in 20 mins. The staff are well trained and responsive, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The Hotel Manager Roland, was extremely helpful and gave us a good run-down of what we could do in the time we were in Salzburg.

The rooms have a good view of the Alps, but unfortunately, the designer had the glass facade covered with a design, which prevented us from getting the view. This was extremely frustrating!

The location is easily accessible by public transport and taxi. The rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is very good. Automated check in process. Easy checkin with access code.

There is no mini bar, packaged water. And also the floor of the room is rough. There should be use and throw sandals to be provided. Staff especially the receptionist did not respond to my call in a polite way. The plug sockets in the room were very loose.

Modern and convenient hotel. Clean room with free towels and toilettries. The hotel is located in the highway neighbourhood, but is still very quite. Nice staff, fast wifi and easy acces to room by code instead of key. No check-out needed. There is an elevator and the exit direct to the bus stop and the McDonald's. Free parking and access to the public transport

It’s very hard to find the route to the hotel entrance after 10 PM as the entrance to the hotel is at first floor and lift from ground floor doesn’t work after 10 and you have to take a round of the building then climb steps to reach the entrance which is not that difficult but still would be great if we could get any directions.

The hotel was basic but correct. It is not a hotel to go to rest and enjoy, only to sleep 1-2 night while you visit the beautiful sourroundings. Cleanliness was not a problem at all. The mattress seemed to be a bit hard but we slept quite well that night, so no complains. The hotel is handy to reach by car qnd there is parking for free. I saw buses stopping in the hotel door as well. In the ground floor of the same building there is a popular music bar and a gym that do not belong to the hotel but guests may find them useful. I am tempted to say that it was lightly expensive for the limited facilities (e.g. there was no kettle or fridge) but, to be honest, it was a good value because I searched for accomodation over 1 week in advance and prices were much higher everywhere. I got the feeling that Salzburg is expensive. The young man who was in reception was really nice and helpful. Another good point: The curtains blocked completely the day light 👌

Nice personnel, the hotel conveniently located (very close to the highway), quiet neighbourhood. The elevator was fast enough (it is not always the case). Good price.

Not too many space in a parking lot near the hotel. Not a big choice at the breakfast, also not enough space in the canteen when there are many guests.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

The location was convenient to public transportation but the area is suspect so we did not feel safe walking at night there. A coffee maker, kettle, and refrigerator in the room would make this property a better value.

10-15 minute bus ride into the city €3 one way. Bus #21 Room was very quiet at night no outside noise even though your close to a highway. Breakfast was not a cooked breakfast however there was a variety of things to have. Room and bathroom were clean.

Nothing not to like about the hotel although felt is was a bit pricey

Hotel was at a great location near the motorway, yet there was not much noise heard from the road. The hotel has very nice and recently renovated, everything was very clear. Also connection to the city center by public transportation was awesome since the bus stop is right in front of the hotel!

Perhaps only breakfast could be included in the price of the stay or be cheaper since it was a bit pricy in our opinion. But McDonald’s is right next to it so it was not a big problem :-)

Great hotel for the price and location. The bus stops right in front of the main access door with elevator taking you to the reception and the rooms. We had a good view and free parking despite it being a long and busy weekend in Salzburg.

The room sizes could be something which some people may find too small
