The staff are very friendly and accommodating. On the location, although it’s not quite near the city center, it’s still very accessible with all the bus stops around the location. Our family also loved the fact that the family rooms are spacious. For a family on tour, it’s also good that the grocery store (Interspar) is less than 5-mins away by foot from the hotel. It’s definitely value for money.

The stairs to the family room was a bit of a challenge for us traveling with huge luggage. It’d be good, too, if the hotel can provide, water heater/thermos (for hot drinks — like coffee or tea) in the rooms.

The location was great, close to the airport and public transport. Not too far from the city centre. Easy check in with two key cards given for easy access to the room. The room itself is very clean with a simple set up, which was pleasant enough for two nights. The shower is hot and powerful (although it has the tendency of getting hotter and colder al of a sudden). Good strong WiFi in the hotel.

The mattresses were very thin and had a dip in them, they should be replaced. There were only two very thin pillows, with no extras in the room. The main light in the bathroom wasn’t working and needs to be replaced. A kettle with some coffee and tea would be good in the room, there is plenty of room for it on the table. The restaurant didn’t seem to be open, which was a little confusing, especially because it’s branded as a ‘Hotel & Grill’.

The hotel was good, but the room was a little disappointing minor changes were needed like useable power points, our room had a fixed extension and was difficult to plug in adapters, and also no locks on the toilets or bathroom. The room did have 2 fans, there was no air-conditioning. The location is good and easy transport links nearby.

The room was very clean, and it was helpful having a fan in the room. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and waited for me to arrive even though it was after the official check-in time had finished. The hotel has nice comfy seating in the common areas.

The room was overlooking a main street, which was a bit noisier than expected.

The lobby is really well styled, they have a lovely and delicious restaurant as well. We had both dinner and breakfast there. They offer parking on-site at a good price and it is about 15 minutes walking distance into old town Salzburg. There was a bit of street noise, but it was extremely easy to find. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. and the price was excellent.

The lobby is extremely comfortable and stylish, but it has not necessarily made it's way upstairs yet. The pillows are synthetic filled and have gotten lumpy, the bed is very firm, and the shower was a bit small. That is personal preference. The rooms were very clean and I would stay again (just bring my own pillow next time).

Nice location, about 25 mins walk or 10 mins bus to the old town. clean, has everything needed but without any bells and whistles parking available for €15 per night. elevator in the building easy check-in and out

check in is available till 6 pm only!!!! rooms are small, bare white walls, no decor or any atmosphere in this hotel nothing extra that would make you want to go back to this hotel. it it serves its purpose

The family room was very big and comfortable. The location is great, near the river and there is a good brewery nearby. You can have a nice walk along the river to the town centre (about 25 minutes).

Breakfast was not included and we decided not to have it in the hotel because it was too expensive.

What a beautiful hotel, and so nice to people on reception. The room and facilities were spotless, and had everything we needed for our (too short) stay. The room itself was a perfect size and needed nothing else.

I can’t fault anything. So lovely.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The room service was excellent.

The only negative for me was that I could not try the breakfast as being muslim I avoid places which serve pork or other meats which are not halal.

Budget room was good sized, comfortable bed and good shower. Check in and parking was straightforward. Breakfast had good selection and was good quality. Location good, walkable to old Town (30 min)
