November 2024

The room was well heated, and cosy, with a large bed and very comfortable pillows. The shower was excellent and was good for kickstarting the day. The facilities provided are more than adequate. Being British, I really appreciated being provided with a kettle. This was a good place to stay at this time of the year (November) as while it was quite cold outside the whole time I was in Salzburg, the room was always nice warm when I got back from a day of sightseeing. etc.

While not really a problem as Salzburg as a city, is quite small, meaning you can walk to and from the hotel to the city centre in less that 20-30 minutes, but bear this in mind if you have mobility issues.

Was everything super clean , the room it’s nice , and the free coffee , beer and soft drinks at the lobby was nice .

I wish the room could at least have a small fridge , so we can stock something to eat and drink , as I’ve stayed 4 days , that was a bit inconvenient for me .

Great option for short tourist stay, when you basically need a comfortable, clean and safe place to sleep, since you are there to explore the town and not to hang out in the hotel. No-staff concept is working great, rooms are tastefully furnished, super clean and cosy. Hot drinks and water available 24/7, a closet with additional towels etc available for everybody on the third floor. Easy to reach from highway (or airport), in a residential area 15 minutes walking distance from the old town. Very calm, feels very safe no matter how late you take the route. Just three parking spots available at the hotel, but free street parking overnight can be combined with using one of the parking houses near the city centre - a fee is comparable to what you usually pay for city parking or what the hotels in big cities charge you for using their garages.

For those who need coffee first thing in the morning, some coffee in the room would be great (tea is available), so you don't need to sneak downstairs to the common area in you pajamas 😉

We had a quiet room . I requested a fan prior to arriving as no air con . The fan was great as it was so hot during our stay . The room was clean and comfortable . With some lovely extras tea, shampoo, soap etc . There was a room downstairs where you could make free tea, coffee and fresh water . There was also the option of leaving food in the fridges provided. This was a an added bonus . Some shops near by but not many . The walk into town was not far approx 20 mins felt longer in very hot days .There is a bus service available from the end of the street. Communication was super throughout our stay . The few staff we did see were polite . We found a local Swimming pool not too far away this was a lovely place to go to relax and cool down after a day in the city .

We knew we were getting a small room but It was just a little too small for us .

The rooms are probably the best in town. Entering a PIN to enter the room is a good feeling when you do not need to worry about a keycard. There are very specific instructions given in the room for towels, trash disposal etc which we found very convenient to have a clean stay. The coffee machine that makes delicious coffee all through the day and a fridge to store our food is a great addition. I even used the locker post our check-out and explored the rest of Salzburg during this time. Customer care is just 1 whatsapp mesaage away and are available at all times. All in all a great value for money.

The neighborhood is nice and has good cafes nearby. The location is fairly close (about a 25 minute walk) to the Hohensalzburg Fortress. The rain shower was nice and had good space. The balcony was nice to enjoy on a cool afternoon. We took advantage of the downstairs common area for morning espresso and to play board games.

The room felt extremely small and minimalistic. For 2 people with luggage, there was very little space to store/organize anything (only a small armoire, a tiny shelf and a few hooks). The room took forever to respond to heating/cooling changes and tended to be very stuffy, so we had to leave the patio doors open frequently. The bed felt very worn and uncomfortable. Also, it's about a 20 minute walk to the nearest parking lot. You are allowed to park on the street for short while to unload but after that you can get a ticket. The 3 parking spots on the property were always full, as there were alot more rooms than parking can accommodate.

The hotel is ideally situated around a 20 minute walk from the old town. There is free coffee and water available downstairs. There is no room service but you can change towels easily. A few reviews mention the lack of staff and digital entry but this works well for us. When we needed to query something we were able to get an answer straight away and I was also able to find a member of staff to help with something in the room. The bed is comfortable and the rainfall shower was great.

We loved our stay at numa! We enjoyed the cozy lounge area very much where guests can take free coffee, sparkling lemonade and beer. This concept is exceptional. We booked two rooms and one even had a balcony. The rooms were not that big but it was very clean. Walking to the city center took us around 25mins.

The cabinet where guests can exchange towels did not have fresh towels anymore. But since our stay was not too long, we managed with the towels we have. The cleaning staff was also around everyday so it wouldn’t have been a problem to ask them.

Well, it was amazing experience, location is perfect (just 20 minutes walk to the old city) or you can use the bus which is 5 minutes walk. We loved everything, the hotel is totally digitized (which was an amazing comforting experience) and also easy to use, starting from the self check in to the luggage storage. also, we loved the common area and coworking space where you can fill your bottle (tap water) and coffee machine (for free). even if the self service for exchanging bed sheets and towels is amazing, becasue It's easy and no house keeping hassle or letting people entering your room (which is for me a plus). I felt so secured in the properity. also even if it's 1005 digitized hotel, we faced a problem with the luggage storage and contacted the whatsapp chat boot, and one agent came to us in around 10 minutes to solve it. So definitely we will choose numa in any city they are operating in.

Everything was amazing, just a suggestion to add a microwave in the common room, and juices in the fridge (because it contained only beer and we are not consuming alcohol)

Super modern way of running a hotel with self check-in and out, lockers if you need storage. The room and bed were super comfortable. Especially liked the lounge downstairs with tables.

Room was slightly smaller than expected and bathroom tiles had a bit of mold. I did notice cleaning was still happening at 3:00pm though so maybe they need to better resource their cleaning staff so the one lady is not super stressed until the last minute. I guess having no staff on site could also be a downside, although we didn't experience too much discomfort.
