The location was truly excellent , walking distance to everything ; room 2 was ground floor , spacious , stylishly furnished and clean . Our first night I was super cold , there were no blankets in the wardrobe . however, in the morning I saw there were radiators behind the curtains that were off , once I turned them on the next night was cosy (I did turn them off again the next morning ) . All the staff were wonderful , spoke English to us and were very helpful . The free mini breakfast was very much appreciated.

We both work remotely so a stable internet connection is always welcomed ; unfortunately this was not the case . It was sad the hotel bar was not open we’d have happily had drinks after our nights out . There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room which was a shame for the room price paid . As the bar was shut we purchased beers from the sited vending machine using 20e notes . Sadly the machine did not give the correct change - on both occasions we were short changed . All in all though we enjoyed our stay and would certainly return .

Nice hotel in a quiet location equidistant from train station and central Old Town; pleasant, helpful staff, very nice, low key, slightly bohemian atmosphere with a very informal lobby and outdoor seating, which I find appealing as opposed to assembly line furnishings at chain hotels.

Breakfast was only cold croissants and coffee; certainly much better than nothing and the coffee was good, with a high quality brewing machine offering capuccino, latte, hot chocoloate, etc.... But, I prefer a more complete breakfast buffet as in most hotels in Germany/Austria.

Friendly welcome, helpful touristy tips for wining & dining at nearby Skybar, and classic coffee shop Tomaselli in the old town. This boutique hotel is set in a quiet street, near the river and an easy walk from rail station. Good size room with separate bathroom and entrance lobby. Comfy bed, nice decor and ability to open window for fresh air. Good breakfast with a helpful chef happy to freshly cook scrambled eggs and bacon...even after supposed closing time. Salzburg itself was clean, packed with culture and felt very safe. A super City break location.

Being picky, the mini-bar in the room was replaced with a vending machine on ground floor and reception closed at 9pm and you had to use your room card to gain entrance via car park at the back. It worked perfectly, but some guests might be a bit nervous by late night returns.

very friendly staff, the location was very good close to everything and very close to the train station, the room was big and clean. breakfast was good and the people were extremely nice. the area is quiet and relaxing 2 mins walk to the river and 6 mins walk to the gardens overall it was a really nice stay except for one incident

after 8 pm there was no staff at the hotel our keys stopped working and we got stuck outside the hotel and couldn't get it, we called the number and the guy came after 25 min but he told us we couldn't leave the room because he can't give us his keys, we had dinner planes and unfortunately we stayed at the room for the rest of the night. I suggest they use regular keys if the magnetic ones stop working or at least there will be someone at the hotel to help with these issues.

I booked the superior room and it was very nice, spacious clean and the bed was comfortable the decor up to date and ‘art house’ . The location was good, a 15 minute walk to the old centre along the river. The breakfast as described was hot drinks and croissants which was perfect for me.

Only comments would be: an extra pillow would be great. Also a kettle/ coffee/ tea making facility.

We loved the hotel. They upgraded our room to a larger room which was lovely. We really liked the location-We prefer a quieter area- rather than being in the center of Alstadt. It’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the center and we enjoyed walking along the river. We did not choose to have breakfast at the hotel rather we had breakfast at Fingerloos just a few blocks over, excellent food and service. Overall I would give this hotel and location a 10/10!

We loved it all!

Easy start breakfast was simple and nice. Like the deco of lobby, also the exterior of building, tastful. Stayed in a Premium Double Room, very spacious, clean, comfortable. Will stay here again if to visit Salzburg. When borrowing an electrical kettle, was provided not only a very clean kettle, but also cups and offered with tea bags.

I would say we had a junior suite rather than a superior double. It was great to have control over the airco, and two seperate TV's. The staff were excellent and friendly. Breakfast is very good.

It was a nice distance to walk to the city center along the water, but walking back, over an open bridge and crossing the river under an open sky during a thunderstorm, atop a metal prosthetic leg, with my lifetime of sin...that was kind-of asking for it!

Great location off the main street I asked for a quiet room and I got one would definitely go.back lady at reception translated my email to English because of German strike my train was cancelled and she booked me a bus ticket through my email what more do u want

Great location, easy walk to Mirabel Gardens and Altstadt. Room had air conditioning which worked very well. Good breakfast and staff was very helpful

One minor issue, couldn't figure our how to run the Air Conditioner. Turns out our room did not have the remote control for the AC, you have to ask for the remote.
