the room was absolutely stunning! very well decorated, it was large, and the hotel pictures shown made the room justice. it is modern and comfortable (bed was comfy). the location was good: close enough to touristic attraction yet sufficiently far way to not feel a bit disconnected from all the main attractions and crowds. the check in works perfectly fine and in case of need, there is staff available through phone or WhatsApp (we needed to ask a question and we had immediate help). the breakfast was good and the staff was super friendly and attentive. didn’t know this chain but it surely be hoping to stay with them more often.

Good location, room was nice and cozy, our room overlooked the back of the hotel and the view was pretty nice. I liked the typical and authentic design of the room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. They gave us some complimentary stuff - wine, water and crisps.

Is was mandatory to do digital check-in, the whole check-in process is slow and overcomplicated. The guy on the phone was patient enough and polite. However it would be better to have someone at the reception during the day, at least during standard check-in time. We stayed 2 nights, and reception remained empty during all that time. This is a huge minus.

Easy to find and PIN code access. Good shower & comfortable bed. Good lift. Tea, Coffee & Water. A welcome bonus of a bottle of beer & lemonade in the fridge. Multiple glasses and cups. Nicely furnished. Quiet location, allowing fresh air. Multiple bus services to city centre (but not far to walk). Easy transfer to/from train station. Quick response to queries. Nearby Linzer Gasse is a lovely pedestrianised route into city centre with lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

It is called the Mozart Hotel but there were no hotel facilities (no human reception, no room service). It is really an apartment with a small fridge but without a kitchen. Bathroom door was rubbing on the tiles. No bottle opener. No tea towel to dry the cups & glasses after usage. Breakfast was not included (available as an extra but expensive). NOTE: Almost all supermarkets were closed from late Saturday afternoon onwards and all day Sunday - except the one at the train station.

The private and public areas are immaculately clean. We've never stayed in a cleaner property, no matter the price. The lobby and our room were very nicely decorated, restful and pleasant. A few amenities--bottle of water, a couple of cold beers and chips in our room were gratis. Also, high quality soaps and lotions but in bulk so environmentally conscious. Lots of shelf & closet shortage with a small fridge, Nespresso machine and electric tea kettle. Located outside the main tourist (Old Town) areas but not a far walk and very close to the train station, too. The system to get into the front door and your room is simple. They send you a key code via text and that's it, you're good to go. Easy! Also, there's a lift.

Although there is a front desk, there was never anyone there. It was odd. We booked in online and only communicated via text with someone that way, although they were very responsive. We loved our room but it was street side. With the windows open, it was quite noisy until about 11 PM then the street sweepers start at 6AM. Ask for a side or back room if you're bothered by noise. Finally, there is a little seating area in the front on the street. Very welcoming but the retractable awning was always rolled up, so in the afternoon, it was too hot and sunny to sit outside. There is no other outside or public seating area and no lobby seating area either. It would have been nice if the awning could be used during the day.

The decor of the bedrooms and bathrooms was very tasteful. The mattresses were very comfortable. The tea/coffee and complimentary drinks/snacks were a lovely touch. The early self check in was much appreciated with access to building very clever idea.

The storage lockers were not functioning properly and we were unable to restore them back to their default settings. The instructions were rather vague and with no staff on site we could not ask for advice. The breakfast buffet looked somewhat limited so we declined this facility.

Tastefully decorated. There were free coffee and drinks which we really appreciated. Check in/ out was very smooth. Curtains were great-nice blackout. Our room was on the top floor with a great view.

Water pressure in the shower was weak. I think for a hotel with virtually no staff and totally online/self check in/out process, the price was a little high. I liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate, but there was no running water except for flushing and that may make things difficult for some people. The doors of these two rooms kept clashing to each other

The hotel is as cute as the photos make it up to be. Conveniently located near the old town and lots of beautiful places to visit (as well as a few wonderful cafes), Numa had everything I was looking for. The decor is flawless, the check-in/out is easy and convenient and it has lockers where you can store your luggage if you want to wander around before check-in is available or after you have checked-out.

For being a single room, the price was a little bit too high for me (taking into account I stay at a hotel a minimum of once a month) however despite this I really enjoyed my stay.

super good breakfast (not huge, but a good range of options, with good quality). staff during breakfast very friendly and helpful. good relation location and price. clean. offered snacks and water.

we would have preferred to have staff at reception, for example there could be an hybrid mode with possibility of online check in for arrivals out of standard hours, and a physical check in for example check out morning hour 9:00-11.00 and check in in the afternoon 15:00-19.00. we would have liked also to have a bar / restaurant even if only few hours at the end of the day (e.g 19:00-00.00).

The building was well maintained, clean and the bed was comfy. The bathrooms were beautifully finished. Codes to get into the room was much nicer than worrying about losing a keycard.

I would like one person onsite to assist. We bought last minute train tickets that said they must be printed and there was no way to do so. Or partner with a nearby hotel for these reception needs! I also expected the onsite bar to be open, but it was not at all during our stay, even though it had a sign that it would be open for breakfast it was not.

The hotel is located perfectly between the main station and the old town near the Linzer Gasse. The room was equipped with a kettle for preparation of hot beverages and several drinks and chips were offered for free. Breakfast is offered in the bar on the ground floor but there are many other locations within the vicinity.

Online Checkin and contacting via Whatsapp is convenient but also a bit tedious while we were asking for checking in on hour before the official time, because we got no answer.
