Absolutely recommended for family stay. First of all, the location couldn't be better, less than a 5 minute walk to the metro station that connects you to wherever you might want to go in the city. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel as a whole was a huge plus, not a spec of dust or dirt in the Windy City of Baku. The rooms were incredible, wide, spacious, modern and clean as well as sound insulated, you won't hear any cars passing by. Finally, the service: kindness and helpfulness of the staff was the cherry on top, eager to help and guide you. Special thanks to Fatima and Safar! Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay, no matter how long.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were very quiet (which is not always the case in AZ). Unlike most hotels which list themselves as 3-stars, this property actually deserves it. A little bit more expensive than similarly rated hotels, but this property makes up for it by having clean linens, good showers and soft beds. The lobby area has a restaurant, bar and foosball table.

Our visit was in the winter, so the building's central heat was on. We could not open the windows (they were locked with key), and the A/C was disabled for the winter, therefore the room was very warm. The location may be good for business travelers, but for vacationers, it is too far to walk to any of the sites - taxis would be required.

The warm and attentive service combined with the very good facilities make Ibis Baku City a standout choice for a remarkable stay. Special thanks to the front office staff Ali Ghagam, Najla along Ali and the other boys (at the drinks counter) who gave exceptional customer care. The breakfast was simple and perfect. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel has sustainable initiatives of refilling the glass bottles and avoiding plastic bottles which is very commendable. Very clean. Central location that gives easy access to other attractions in Baku.

It would be nice to have a small kettle to make a quick tea/coffee.

I liked the cleanliness of the property as well as the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel has a bar and restaurant which is nice if you have a late or early morning. There is not too much around this property so you will need to take a taxi or bolt to the Old Town. More of a business hotel. They also upgraded me for free which I really appreciated!

The location is far from Old Town, but it’s not a problem to take Bolt.

It's not far from both the airport and the city centre. The staff was helpful: we had our own tea bags and asked for the boiled water at the lobby bar several times. It has everything a good hotel should.

The ceiling in the room was weirdly painted. The room could be bigger. The location requires a taxi to visit the main attractions. Almost everything in the hotel (including parking, dental kit and bathrobes) is chargeable.

My stay at ibis Baku city was exceptional. A special shout-out to Mr Faig and Mr Elmin for their outstanding service and the rest of the staff was great too. It’s a family hotel , clean and safe. The hotel will help you with any queries es epically as a tourist since you don’t know much about the city. The hotel is comfortable and location is a short taxi ride away from the Center. I would recommend the hotel to everyone and for sure will be staying there next time.

Suberb Location - It was one station away from the central station (28 May) 4 minutes away from Khatai Metro station Simple and clean gym room, but relatively small

English speaking reception, helpful & responsive staff. Location is near by Bravo 24/7 market as well as couple of resturants and car rental offices. It is not near to main attraction points but it is about 12 - 15 minutes by taxi to get to there. The loopy is cozy and needs to be negotiated when navigating through. The hotel is new and the style from inside has kind of youth soul. I have asked them to enroll my passports as well as other family members into immigration department system and they confirmed to me they have done that. I hope that is already processed and completed by the immigration office by now. Cheers.

Getting the luggage from outside up on arrival to the hotle loopy. Not sure the reception will do that for u. So be prepared if u have many stuff. There are some trolleys near to the entrance and can be used by the hotle guest for that purpose. Same applies when u check out.
