This property is located centrally in central Baku. The main attractions like Old Baku city, Nizami Strrl, Boulevard and highland park are at walkable distance. The rooms are super size and so is heart of each staff member. Everyone is eager to help the guests. Specially Mr.Ozxan at the reception. Our request for early check in and late check-out were considered by hotel staff and itvmade our arrival and departure more comfortable. Mr. Ozxan also helped us for money exchange also. and understanding local map Though the buffet breakfast was well spread, but had limited vegetarian options , but the restaurant staff took special efforts to provide us vegetarian breakfast items. The WiFi is available in all the areas and have good speed.

One of our perfect experiences in Baku. The location just in city center, all main attractions in walking distance. Very supportive and kind Team. Even with our late booking and early arrival, they found a perfect rooms for us. We appreciate pure hospitality of the Team! Offered breakfast, as we were absolutely exhausted from flight. Attention to every single aspect. Clean and nice rooms, special thanks to housekeepers. Delicious and wide range of food offered for breakfast. The place where cost and quality absolutely matched. We will definitely return back for our next trip to Baku!

Everything was great. Our room had a balcony with an amazing view. The rooms were spacious, clean and very user friendly. Well located, a very short walk from fountain square. A bravo store was right in front of the hotel for any late night snacks/needs. The staff was exceptionally helpful and supportive with anything we might need. Cheerful environment all around. Safar a staff member plus the entire staff made the trip/stay rather comfortable and enjoyable.

There was nothing that really troubled us. Only that the wifi was a bit problematic but the staff was super helpful in fixing the issue at once! So no complaints! :D

Location of the hotel is amazing, 10 - 15 minutes' walk to Nizami street, which is one of the top spots in the city. Similarly, 15 mins walk to other couple of good to visit places like old town, park, malls, etc Staff was very helpful. Room sizes are bigger than expectations.

Breakfast was very basic, very few options. Property is old, so you could see the wear and tear in the room and in the building but value for money in that location.

Great service, staff and place Vafadar and other guys in reception are very helpful and provide great service

The only negative point is that I was asking for iron and the table for ironing for two different time and say they will bring it but no one show, the second time I went down by myself and the reception gave me the iron but the table never come to me till the checkout 🫠

The staff is cooperative all of them specially the reception guys Taimur and one lady i dont remember her name Good prices , clean environment, good breakfast, you will see tourists from all over the world I wish i could go back to the same hotel

Nothing but for those who dont like to walk , you have to walk 10 mints for Nizami street But that did not bother me i enjoyed walking

I want to give special recognition to the Front office department staff for their excellent service, from check in to check out, they were professional, efficient and always willing to assist with any queries or requests. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding staff and excellent service.
