Everything was perfect. Cooperative staff Clean hotel It's worth every penny

Location, it is far away from the city center.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The property itself was impressive, with well-maintained facilities and a great ambiance. The staff members were excellent, providing top-notch service and always going the extra mile to assist guests. What stood out the most was the cleanliness of the hotel; it was spotless in every aspect. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Room Size a bit small

The hotel is very clean. Large rooms. The staff is very helpful. Great SPA facility.

Breakfast could be better. Very small selection of dishes, vegetables and fruit. No signs about food - e.g. milk products all looked the same - yoghurt, sweetened yoghurt, sour cream, cottage cheese with and without sugar - all unfortunately without labelling. Restaurant staff hardly speak any English. TV does not work at all, also in other rooms. The staff knows it, says that a specialist will come to check, but no one comes.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - for ISSA! A very talented and smart man working at Wyndham Garden Baku. He was our saviour when we were out of options to stay at in the middle of the night, that led us to extending our booking for 6 days more vs. looking for another hotel. This is the power of great hospitality (which we didn’t get during the day, since the best people like Issa are only working during the night 😅).

The housekeeping team can get improved - you have to ask for coffee sachets, bathing towels, dental kits everyday after you’ve got the room cleaned. However, the staff was courteous to send things over promptly when asked for. Location: if you’re looking to hang out more in the central baku, then this spot is far, like 15-20 mins drive. But during the crowded times like F1, it was convenient as cabs are easily accessible.

High level of service, comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast.

The location of the hotel is not very good, there is a highway, a gas station and an oil refinery nearby. The air is very unpleasant.

The breakfast was good, for example a lot of fruit and salad, some ham and cheese also. I enjoyed an omelett every day which the staff made for every guest if they wanted so. Maybe there could be a little more variation with the warm food. The room was clean and the air condition worked well. They cleaned the room everyday if you asked for it, this was very nice. Most of all we enjoyed the swimming pool, the gym and the saunas, they were perfect. The hotel is a little bit far from the centre but the nearest metrostation qara qarajev is about 1.5km away. We like walking so it did not bother. Also the taxi is super cheap, just remember to load the bolt application it works really well. The staff were very polite and always there to help you. We liked Baku a lot and we will be back. The best salads and meat we have ever eaten and we have been to almost 20 different countries.

Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the reception staffs know english and they are very kind. The spa staffs are experts and also very respectful. The swimming pool is just amazing. The room temperature was excellent. Room service was great and housekeeping staffs are fast in service.

The swimming pool water temperature was still cool considering we visited in winter. It was set to 30 degrees yet the actual feeling was cooler. The hotel location was half an hour far from most of the tourist attractions.

I recently stayed at a hotel and I must say that my experience was very satisfactory. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and crisp. The hotel facilities were also impressive. The gym was well-equipped and clean, and the pool was refreshing and relaxing. The hotel restaurant served delicious food and the service was top-notch.

I stayed 1 week .My family and i enjoyed the stay .Cozy rooms , nice facilities and last but not least Exceptional customer service 👏 I would like to thank all the hospitality crew ,and extend a special gratitude to Rahmal , Ibrahim and Rana for making our stay pleasant one. Being a quality manager I can judge the customer services with a shut eyes ( 9/10 ) . If you visiting Baku , this would be a great option

The location is not the best however, taxi transportation cost is cheap

New hotel with amazing spa and fitness facilities. Even if you are not a gym person you'll love it. If you live or going to relocate to Baku, buy their fitness club membership. Cozy and clean rooms. Staff is trying to help and make your stay better.

I couldn't say that we didn't like breakfast, but it could be a little bit better. We came late and variety wasn't as good as I reckon it was during early morning. Some pastries were dry, but its worth the money we spent. Location is not so convenient, but if your goal is to rest and stay for a couple of nights, its worth try.
