The view of the rooms on the canal and the Four Seasons Hotel was a fantasy and this in turn gave us a wonderful stay and view especially at night

There is a Bahraini girl who used to deal with us in a mood from the first day we arrived until the last day of our stay, as for the rest of the staff, especially when we asked her to be a little late at check out she completely refused, knowing that she was lenient and useful with other customers .This was very annoying for me and my family, as for the rest of the reception staff, there were very understanding ,helpful and polite Mr. Ahmed was very cooperative with us and gentle.Sure I’ll be back again..

The support always there from everyone works there. Very Close and has its own entrance to the mall. Nice view for some of the rooms.

I booked a partial view, room but it wasn't worth the money paid for it. Next Time I will take a room without view.

The hotel is clean and lovely. The location is amazing and it’s opens to the avenue mall. Loved the panoramic views of the Bahrain bay. The swimming pool is so nice as well.

There is no proper communication between the staff. We requested an item from our car ( which they have to park it for you) and took us hours to locate it. ( someone gave it to some one gave it to someone etc)The check out was really really slow . We waited for more than 20 min for our luggage and the receptionist was so passive and did nothing to try to help .

This is my second stay in this Awesome hotel, and before a list my review of the place, I want to send my thanks and gratitude to both Ms. Dona and Ms. Yel for their professional hospitality. In short, we had an issue with the rooms we were given and without any delay they offered us an upgrade which made our stay more wonderful. Below is my first review or the hotel which is the same: First obvious thing, the location is of course an A++, connected to Avenues Mall, from your room to the mall. The rooms are clean, well furnished, with excellent view of the bay area. Breakfast on the Second floor, don’t miss that. Since it is connected to the Mall, you can enjoy other breakfast options from a lot of restaurants in the mall, however, keep in mind most of them open around 8:30 am. The pool is very nice and it is good for kids as well, the view from the pool area is also something else. The TV size is also an A+ with a lot of channels to choose from, for adults and kids alike. Valet parking service is also very good, you order your car by WhatsApp, nice. Very friendly staff, service with a smile… In General, you can enjoy everything in the mall and don’t worry about anything else as your room is just a walking distance.

Location is great with the entrance to the mall from the lobby of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful the only issue was with the ordering of omelettes which needs to be more organised as the chef became very stressed. Other than that, everything was great.

Only the attentiveness of the staff in the restaurant and the reception. When I checked out I wasn't asked how my stay was, if I needed any assistance, a taxi e.t.c I think a comment such as 'we look forward to you visiting again' or something would be nice. Just 'OK you're checked out' wasn't very friendly.

All the hotel staff were so friendly from remembering how you like your coffee in the morning to incredible omelettes every morning. They could not do enough to help especially Hussain Amed went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay including a lovely birthday welcome. The hotel location is ideal as it is attached to the mall so much to do! Great rooms and great views! But most of all the staff made the stay. I cannot wait to return

Hilton Hotels have a very good reputation with very high standard, housekeeping process needs to be reviewed, on two different occasions, I had to call Housekeeping for like 5 times before they answered, and when I came back to my room later, it was not cleaned. I had to go down and talk to the front desk to get Housekeeping to clean the room, as they do not pick up. Bathroom toilet ergonomic design looks good but not comfortable.

The staff were amazing. From the minute I arrived. Ahmed Sabri went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, and Hussain S. was also wonderful , Mohammed the trainee was just as good.. Can't say enough to such a great team I also have to mention the young ladies at the front desk, extremely helpful and always smiling. The location of the hotel was great, annexed to the avenues mall made it very convenient to go for shopping and having meals. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Everything from the rooms, the Wi-Fi, parking service, swimming pool, location near the mall..etc. It was all perfect

The check in & out took some time, will be better if they increased their capacity of reception staff

The view was excellent .

The windows glass need to be maintained and cleaned . Really you can’t enjoy the view while it’s dirty and dusty . !!
