Only at very few exquisite hotels you really, really feel yourself home yet pampered. It is achieved with amazing staff dedicated to make your stay unforgettable. Except, in most cases, staff looks comprised of almost identical looking members, as if artificial. In this hotel, you’ll find very different people, all being individually wonderful! This is surely no luck but very successful selection and work-atmosphere creation by the owner.. The rest, superb location, very nice rooms, easy and secure parking.. are less of a surprise, relatively speaking.

Nice city hotel with an ideal location in the center of Antwerp. The staff was friendly and all the things you would expect from a hotel in this range were available. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choice ranging from hot to cold dishes. Plenty of area's to relax. The parking at the hotel was also very convenient.

The airconditioning didn't perform as well as we would have expected. The suite we got was under the roof and already quite hot from the sun beating down on it. The airco wasn't able to sufficiently cool it down eventhough we had set it to 17°. The room was nice and had all the required ammenities although for this price range I would have expected a bit more luxury in the finishing (e.g. loose door handle, quite small television screen, small shower).

A comfortable small hotel on the edge of the old town in a quiet location. Easy walking distance to the main attractions and restaurants. Our room was comfortable with an open view over the rear courtyard and roof-tops. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of cold and hot food, with coffee and tea available all day. The courtyard is a pleasant spot to relax or eat breakfast. The staff were pleasant and most helpful.

The location is perfect, extremely close to the old Antrwerp grand place , restaurants/pubs and all the museums. Short walk from Antwerp central. Beautiful building full of character with impressive facilities and room, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I would also highly recommend the breakfast option, it was delicious with plenty of choices of food for everyone. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone for a weekend away or short break.

A beautifully restored historic building in the heart of the old town. Room 302 - a large comfortable and well-equipped room and bathroom. Exceptionally charming and welcoming staff Excellent buffet breakfast included in a delightful dining area

Nothing , but I think a couple sharing a room might find clothes storage a bit tight

We came again to Hotel 'T Sandt for my wife's birthday and this had once again a great experience. Hotel is greatly located, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, with lots of fresh seasonal fruit juices in particular. We also enjoyed having a coffee in the little sheltered garden during the day. We used the hotel parking and this was very convenient.

Temperature in the room was a bit too high at night (or bed linen were maybe too warm), which could be due to exceptionally high outside temperature for end of june

beautiful building in a quiet street yet close to all the main attractions. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Lovely comfortable beds and big bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional with a huge choice all served . The building has been lovingly restored and really enjoyed our stay.

a minor thing , no tea or coffee in the room however free tea & coffee was available to guests 24/7 in the downstairs breakfast room.

Nice room with very comfortable bed and everything finished in good quality. Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Very good breakfast with quality food. A very nice one court to sit with a cup of tea/coffee (free).

Just some minor points: The duvet was rather warm and heavy for the time off year. No means to switch the floor heating in the bathroom off.

Great location, close to most everything ( except maybe the train station) but quiet. parking was pricey but super convenient. Dog fee was also a bit high but grateful they took large dogs and had a decent sized elevator for her. Fabulous breakfast.

There's nothing we didn't like but some suggestions...the bathroom lighting was far too dim and the bedside lamp bulb was way too bright. And finally, some of us prefer hard boiled eggs and crispy bacon as opposed to the barely cooked ones offered!

Amazing amazing amazing. Randomly selected this hotel and so glad we did. Rooms were beautiful. Staff incredibly friend and helpful. And the breakfast was divine. We came for the marathon and ate very light. I wish we could have indulged more. We will be back here when we stay in Antwerp again. Tesla charging on site.

Had some trouble finding the location due to all the road closures. Not the hotel fault. On-site parking expensive. As was charging Tesla.
