Nice hotel, good breakfast and staff very friendly.

AC ventilation blows to bed, temperature has 3 positions, hot medium and cold, but any position gives cold air. Maybe the can fix this, at least in our room.

The location is really spot on and the bathroom is gorgeous with a wonderful shower. The room is very well renovated and even if not big it has everything we needed. Even a wall mounted TV that has a very good picture quality

Unfortunately we booked a double bed as a couple , but got two jointed single beds that were easily moving away from eachother . Also the garbage bin in the bathroom was not emptied prior our arrival and was almost full. Unfortunately it also happened that in the apartment above us ( at least in the first day) there were some running kids and that was very very loud to hear very early in the he morning.

The location was excellent. Its located just outside the old town but only a 10/15 minute walk into the market square. The building is really lovely....very old and quaint. There are several different seating areas to relax in, both inside and out.. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I had asked for a quiet room and they gave us a ground floor one opening into a lovely little courtyard. I got the best night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel.....there wasn't a sound to be heard. The breakfast was very good. There was a great choice of both hot and cold food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like

Location just 2 min to the market square. Outside the main stays, but cheaper and 10 minutes to main attractions. Had secure parking inside court yard, and per pay charging station for our car. Very clean. Nice staff. Breakfast room was beautiful, breakfast buffet had plenty good food, even sparkling wine for mimosas. Family room had a very steep staircase, typical for these old houses, but tricky at night… Not good for walking challenged as there are several stairs to navigate inside.

Our room was very hot when we arrived and air condition was not really adjustable. Freezing cold or nothing.

everything.the location is fantastic being near the city centre yet it is not crowded and noisy.I liked the fact that when i get tired walking around I can just go back to the hotel and have a nap and go out again in the late afternoon or early evening.The room is great with basic things you need like the kettle ,coffee,tea milk and sugar (though it is only one but is change daily).The bathroom/toilet is clean and is a good. size.you just need to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste otherwise shampoo/body wash and soap is provided. Breakfast is also available and have a varied selection of food.

a litle dark when i first came in to look for my room as I could not see the room number but found it eventually.

The Hotel has a delightful classical style as befits the age of the building which stems from Victorian times (or older) and has been very well maintained with for example beautiful chandeliers. It also has the benefit of secure parking on site and is very conveniently placed for visiting the town square and for rapidly re-joining the motorway. Breakfast is buffet style and of good quality with both hot and cold selections available.

The only disappointment was the price of food and drink in the restaurants on the square with for example 10 Euros for a 50cl beer being outrageously expensive.

The hotel facilities were very good, great location for short walk into the town centre. The rooms are very 'chique' with mood lighting and nicely decorated, tea and coffee making facilities and a room safe. Parking is excellent (additional charge) especially for our group of motorcycles.

Very limited tea and coffee in the room (two of each). Breakfast was a little expensive, plenty of cold buffet but the hot option was not maintained very well, I ended with beans on toast (no eggs, bacon etc).

Beautifully decorated hotel, staff were really helpful and gave us directions and help when to buy an umbrella. Breakfast spread was lovely, especially the free champagne :) Room was comfy, clean, bathroom flooded slightly but that was because the shower door opened up midshower. There was fridge, tea/coffee facilities in the room. We also loved the alcohol vending machine (reasonably priced too!) and the lounge to relax in. Wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations

The room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Location is fantastic, everything is in a walking distance.

It was unfortunate that we weren’t able to use the toilet in our room the morning we left. The automatic valve that switches between mains water and rainwater broke down. And as the room is on the third floor water couldn’t be pumped as a result. It was fixed the same morning, though, but too late for us as we had to leave.

The room was very well equipped, our air conditioning wasn't working properly and a member of staff came up to sort it out. Having a bath after a week in a Mobil home was just what we all needed . It was close to the centre .

Only thing I would change would be the bacon at breakfast it was cut into lardons . I am aware its not a uk hotel so not an issue but I do prefer full well cooked slices of back bacon .the continental was lovely a so were the sausages.
